  • We’ll start with the basics - clarity on what Lists is and what it isn’t - including addressing numerous frequently asked questions (FAQs). We’ll then focus on a variety of ways to create lists from the new Lists home page and from within Microsoft Teams - inclusive of using new ready-made templates. Lots of demos - lots of insight. [presentation + demos]

Please add a timeline view and lists will be amazing (similar to the DevOps delivery plan). Also if you could nest and create dependencies.

Hi, i am wondering if you can give us the materials shown in this video? I need to train my coworkers but i need to deliver it in my own language. Having the presentation to give a brief overview about Microsoft Lists would be great. But if not, then please excuse me for copying your way of explanation! 🙂

Hi guys, big fan of lists! Is there a way to move a list to a different location without losing data or recreating the list at that new location? Thanks.

Make sure to brief and orient users on how to use the MS Lists intended for them...
Hope more improvement and features... just filtering the lists to show only entrries for the current month requires a work around ...

Hi, I'm new to MS Lists. I really like what I see and have started trying it out for my work of monitoring issues detected from data I get from a Power BI report. I export data into a datasheet and create a list from that. My question is, what do I do when I want to add new updated data from the power BI report? I will of course export into Excel datasheet. Can I use the datasheet to add new info (as in new items) to my already existing list? (Updating the list, with new items, manually is not efficient enough. Hope someone can give me advice 🙂

I don't understand how the onboarding list template can be used for multiple new hires or reused for another new hire? If the first person checks off and item is done, then how does the second person do the same if its already marked completed?

After saying that its available to all Office 365 users, it does not seem to be available to personal MS 365 users. Half way through 2023 nothing on android playstore.

Agree. Lists can hold Docs (BLOBs), so it’s kind of like a database-except you can’t create a relationship to another list. It can hold text and numbers, so it’s kind of like Excel, without the functionality you get from formulas. You can’t make a custom user form like you can with Office desktop apps-the JSON customisation pales in comparison. And it’s slow and clunky, like MS’s other online apps.
      MS 365 basically sucks.
