German Mett (raw pork) is really heavily controlled to ensure it's safe to eat. I guess it's a bit like tartare in France etc - just more care taken with it.

Ok here's my rant for the day, everything looks good but, but but,,,the sub rolls sound hard as bricks , and people order the strangest things,, you need to take time in making stuff, presentation of food is key instead of everything being slapped together, and not much meat goes on them wraps and subs and it just seems weird that you're not on the grill, I like to watch you cook instead but have a good one Bruh !!
