Well you did a good job there because Canterbury is just the same as most Kentish towns, run down and has very little going for it apart from the cathedral.

Canterbury is one of my fav parts of Kent, was soooo gutted when: The Canterbury Tales Attraction closed in April of 2020!
Love going in there since a small kid in the 80's + really miss Nason's department store which was next door as you know 😢
Lovely hotel that, walked past there many times over the years but never stayed there but been shown on TV/mags over the years. Was also gutted when Poppin's turned into My Cafe-least there are two more left in Kent in Ashford + Tunbridge Wells.
The one in Essex-Basildon closed nearly a year ago and only took off the sign etc couple of months ago-shame.
So when next year will you be moving back to Kent/where??

Lovely vlog of Canterbury at Christmas time my daughter graduated there six years ago and the ceremony was in the cathedral on my birthday a very memorable occasion. I liked the cosiness and would like to return. I live in Cambridge another lovely city with lots of history. I have enjoyed watching your vlogs throughout the last couple of years. I've stopped in Canterbury many times over the years with family great place the coast ain't far away plus a booze cruise to France was always on the cards it certainly brought back memories to me pubs&restaurants friendly people beer alright but not as good as Yorkshire bitter where im from.i didn't know when you were going to Prague exactly but i had a pray for you.happy Christmas hope you have an even better new year.
