Hey coach, can you do this tutorial for forehand with DHS rubber ? I'm really enjoying the benefits of this rubber but having a hard time finding the fundamental of the forehand swing for backspin and a decent tutorial.
Hey coach, how do you keep the racket form flying out of your hand when using flinging the wrist on this shot? Which fingers play the biggest role in stabilizing the paddle?
Tony Ma the four fingers. You need to hold the bat “just tight enough” so that it doesn’t fly out of your hand no matter what. You do need to be fairly loose with your grip to be able to generate good bat speed, but hold it tight enough so it doesn’t fall out. Hope that helps and good luck Tony!
This shot is difficult for me. When coming ball is low if i hit soon backspin cause the ball go to net, if i take it late ball pass near the edge and i miss it.
