    Helps for the channel to grow! Send me donation if you like what I'm doing to support me to make more, better quality videos. I would like to buy a camera & microphone to make some good quality videos. Later I really would like to go weightlifting competitions to record it and of course to make tons of training hall videos! Any donation will be big support for these goals! Thanks in advance!

    Notably the 300 kg squat he actually performed at a powerlifting meet in 2016, he weighed in at about 87 kg. This is still the Japanese record in the JPA (Japanes Powerlifting Association) for the -93 kg class. Currently this squat puts him tied for 29th among IPF -93s, and tied for 32nd among -90 kg lifters in all feds.

    I'm confused, there's a lot of comment about him not doing things "properly". *After watching the video*, common sense tells me he's working on movements that leads up to the clean & jerk + snatch; for the best optimal weight in each area. I'm wondering, is there THAT many people that lifts 300kg+ that DOESN'T know what they're doing? I'm sure this guy is elite, why are people questioning his training so much? Is he actually doing things wrong? I just don't see it lol.

      @@Saiserk You're ridiculous to compare an elite olympic weightlifter to a relatively impressive social media lifter. This dude lifts as much as him when he's only 85 kg, and from there imagine what elites at the same weight category as Clarence can lift. Olympics competition level is for beasts that are just built different...

      I dislocated my knee 2 years ago from slipping on a barbell someone had left lieing around and landing awkwardly on my knee. I'm actually glad it happened though because now I am afraid to injure it again so I always take my time with lifts and use good form. My leg and knee feel stronger than ever because I focus so much on the feel of the muscle i'm working.

    • @markyfilarky
      @markyfilarky 7 лет назад +1

      NiceGuyGamer squats and really focus of the muscle. lightet weight but higher reps. even 2 years later my knee is funny and loose. but you need to build the "tear drop" as that is the muscle that pulls the knee cap in to place so that is the best muscle to work. do a lot of warmups never put stress on the knee cap as if if it pops out again then you will need surgery.
