Lawmaker vows to help students and staff after abrupt decision to close Wells College

State Senator Rachel May got what she describes as a courtesy call from Wells College President Jonathan Gibralter, informing her the college is closing.
"I don't want to say it was inevitable, but I do think that an awful lot of small colleges are facing similar pressures."
