This song and Run to you were the soundtrack to my youth, i was a young man in the 80's, absolute BEST time for a young man to come of age. I am sad to my marrow about what has become of this world and my country. All we have left is the music and the memories of what we had and let slip through our fingers.

I happen work as a local stage tech and one night we had Bryan Adams at the end of the night I was in charge of taking the care of his road case........ When the show went down and the house lights went and Bryan Adams walked past us we all had a laughter about it!!!!!!! He walked off stage and all the house and stage lighting stayed on!!!!!!! The stage manager felt so embassaseserd

Grew up in the 80s as a teenager, couldn’t imagine it without your music… you always stood out …it was the best of times! Your music carried me through my teenage years. I feel like Every one of your songs, was speaking to me about living , loving , getting hurt, and getting back over it. Your music has always spoke to me …deep down in my soul …you’re an awesome writer and singer and musician … your life experiences , I’m sure gave you All these wonderful lyrics. Thank you with major gratitude …here in North Carolina! Saw you on tour …I was in the third row at the amphitheater in Charlotte NC, about 12 or 13 years ago, what a wonderful night! You asked people to come out of the crowd and sing with you on stage …that was so awesome!!! Saw Bryan a few years ago on a Bare Bones show. Excuse my language, but he was f*cking phenomenal. I could not believe his voice. Our seats were in the 2nd row… he walked away from the microphone and sang directly to the crowd… he was standing right in front of me, maybe 6 feet away… and his voice was unbelievably perfect. That show was awesome. What a great night we had. Fan since Cuts Like A Knife. Thanks Bryan!
