Grouper aquaculture in Taiwan(台灣石斑魚養殖 英語)

Grouper aquaculture in Taiwan has a history of over 30 years, and has overcome many problems. The techniques established here are known throughout the world, especially those related to broodstock and larval nurseries. About a dozen species of grouper are commercially farmed, and seven of these have gone into large-scale production in Taiwan.
