I love how easy this recipe is! Totally stoked for Sezzy Christmas! 🎄 This is the perfect thing for me to make for my vegan friend that hopefully I can’t screw up. I tried to make vegan cheesecake for my friend one time and I did everything right until I decided to sweeten it some more and added honey since I thought- it’s honey, it’s raw and natural, she’ll love it- and then it turned out honey isn’t vegan since it’s made by bees so she wasn’t able to eat it 😅. And sadly I also doubled that recipe as I was making it since I know how much she used to love eating regular cheesecake, so then I had two cheesecakes that she couldn’t eat. Hopefully his recipe will turn out better for me! I just need to find the right ingredients.

I used to make healthier version on millionaire slices. As a base i used coconut flour with some sweetener, egg and bit of coconut oil and baked it. Later I added caramel made of dates, almond milk and a bit of peanut butter. On top I just melted sugar free chocolate and that's it :) tasted really nice you should try it :)

I’m in such a healthy baking mood, I just finished cooking a healthy raw vegan salted caramel slice for my own birthday cake. 😂
Oh, and I would LOVE a healthy gingerbread cookie recipe!!!

One of my goals for 2018 is to make a different healthy treat every week. This is hopefully going to get my unhealthy treat addictions easier to get rid of and have fun while I’m at it. This looks amazingly delicious, will have to add it to my list. Thank you x
This year I'm actually aiming to make my chocolate from SCRATCH! Yes ladies, homemade healthy peanut butter cups, white chocolate strawberries, chocolate bark, and as a special add in thanks to Sezzy, Rocky Road! Yes girl! Keep those ideas commin!

Vegan chocolate is pretty expensive in the Uk so you could try switching it out for melted coconut oil and cocao powder maybe add some coconut sugar for a little bit of sweetness. These look lovely

My uk folks - buy raw cacao paste, sevenhills buckwheat and cacao butter from Amazon. Buy your own fruit and nut mix from the local supermarkets or Holland and Barrett - job done

It would be so great for you to make more of these videos, I’m vegan and it’s difficult to find dishes for holidays like Christmas and Easter that are appealing to both vegans and non vegans alike - my mouth is watering watching this though, I totally agree that roasted almonds are the most important rocky road ingredient!

Rawmio chocolate is similar to Loving Earth Chocolate because it's sweetened with coconut sugar. However, if only I could get my hands on some Loving Earth Chocolate my life would finally be complete. lol
