Quick tip for you: Minecraft has secret advancements that don’t show up. One is taking a bed to the nether and setting your spawn, so make sure to do that when you first go through the portal!
@@_CJSminecraft has one secret advancement called “How did we get here?” which is achieved by having every single obtainable effect active at once. Right-clicking on a bed in the nether or end makes it blow up and gives the death message “ was killed by [Intentional Game Design]”. Idk if this was obvious or smth and you replied as a joke but I figured in case you didn’t know it’s a good idea to tell you
@@ChessMan42 how that achievement sounds pretty difficult. Unfortunately I didn't realise it was a joke as you may be able to see in my newest video...
You can get better enchants by placing book shelfs around the enchanting table with 1 block gap between the book shelfs and enchanting table. Using this method you will use more levels and lapiz but the enchants will be a lot better. You can only enchant your items once. If you want to try and get better enchants on an item that has enchants on then you will have to use a grindstone to remove the enchants from your item. a Nother method for getting better enchants on an already enchanted item is to use a anvil. For example: you have a diamond sword with smile 1 on, if you make a second diamond sword and get smite 1 on it then you can put both in the anvil and get smite 2 on the sword. This will use the second sword (second sword basically gets deleted). If you don't want to spend the diamonds to make a second sword then you can just use a book. You can place the book in the enchanting table and get an enchanted book and adding it to your item in the the anvil. Other perks on an anvil: you can use the anvil to repair your items by adding the same material as the item into the second slot and you can rename your items.
@@XxJeffxX2019 wow thanks for all the feedback that is a lot to take in! the bookshelves do sound very helpful though is there a way to get lots of them quickly?
They are craftable with 6 planks of any wood and 3 books, and the buffs stack up to 15 bookshelves, from then on any more won’t do anything. Also you can’t have anything, even transparent blocks (like torches or carpet) in that one block gap between the table and bookshelves. Also libraries in villages and strongholds have a bunch either mine them with the Silk Touch enchantment to get a bookshelf or without to get 3 books. Generally though, the books are the more expensive part so it’s not that bad
Hey it's me again, thanks for featuring my comment really appreciate it before I start. for the portal you could have just took the corner because you don't need them. The ominous bottle sets off a raid if you enter a village after drinking it which is several waves off those guys with banners who are called pillagers who will try to kill the villagers and you if you beat it you get better trades with villagers, alternatively if you find a trial chamber found somewhere (not sure where) underground and it will make it more difficult a trial chamber by the name gives you trials of mobs to kill for goodies
@@Archie-vist no worries mate thanks for supporting the channel. yeah I wish I knew about the corners as it would’ve saved me a lot of time, what do you suggest I do with the ominous bottle setting off a raid or the trail chamber thing?
@@_CJSactually imo if you can beat it and are in at least normal mode you can get totems of undying in raids which when receiving a finishing blow will pop, dissapearing with a cool animation, saving you and giving you 4 absorption hearts for a couple seconds as well as regeneration and fire resistance so they are worth it to do. In my experience, it is quite easy to get ominous bottles from regular trials. In addition, if you are well kitted in full diamond armor and tools then the only really good thing you can get is the mace which has only a 2% chance and is pretty unpractical as it does more damage the higher you drop from
Forgot to mention at the end of the video, if you have any tips for me when going to the nether please let me know in the comments!
The "Mossy Skeleton" is the Bogged, sadly not spawning in Jungles.
