Sadly, I don't think anything is priced like it was back in 2008. I grabbed a fast food drive-through on the road home from work the other night, and a meal for 1 was almost $20!!
I am very interested in this yacht.... I am 80 year of age... Just sold my home... Interested in a warm climate... I would make this my home and probably never take it to sea... Please contact me
Congratulations! You would need to reach out to Mark (contact info in the video), or email me your contact info to Boats@GarnockReviews.com and I can pass it along for you 😉
Not many times I step onboard sailing yachts and think they are perfect liveaboards, but this one is, especially for her size. She would be a great liveaboard for cruising Florida and island hopping through the Carribean etc.
Thanks Jack. My gut says this will spend most of its time in Florida and Carribean. There seems to be a huge catamaran demand in these cruising grounds 😎
The biggest "advantage" of engines located under the bed, is straight prop shaft drive. Not a fan of sail drives. Seen your subscriptions have gone up to 10k, congrats. Keep those Huckins coming.
Thanks! My Dad had a 30ft sailing yacht with a sail drive and it seem to work well for cruising. If I recall correctly, they have more drag for racing. I don't see this being an issue though for the Lagoon. As to the Huckins, I'm supposed to be getting another end of May to film. It's down in South Florida somewhere just now, but making its way back up here next month 😉
Not sure to be honest. Mark would be able to answer that for you. If you're serious about viewing or buying, I'd recommend calling Mark asap. Thanks for watching 😉
That really is a handsome boat. If only I had a spare few hundred thousand $$$ floating around under my couch cushions! Until then, I'll watch RUclips and daydream.
Welcome to my world 😆 I get to pretend for 30 mins the boats mine, and then it's back to reality. Maybe someday 😉 Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment 😊
I know there were a few bites, but it's still listed on Yachtworld and Mark's website, so I would assume still for sale. Best bet is to give him a call if you are serious about viewing 😉
Great Yacht!! Would definitely be perfect for long term cruising or liveaboard!! Great Tour Greig! ( I already left a comment previous to this, so i am reposting as it seems to have disappeared! ) Thanks!! ✌️🏳️🌈✌️
Last I knew this one had attention but still available. It's still listed on Yachtworld so if you're serious about buying, I'd recommend calling Mark asap 😉

Lagoon have built over 7000 catamarans since 1984. They are one of the most popular options for charter companies in the likes of the Mediterranean or Caribbean. Easy to sail with a lot of comfort onboard 😎
This one has handrails around the outside of the yacht, and plenty of places to hold on to around the coach roof etc. You also have all the lines leading to the helm or cockpit, that you dont need to go to the bow in heavy seas etc.
@@GarnockReviews sorry, I looked for the rails attached to the outside cabin leading forward on the outside, but did not see them. The lines are for midgets! Haha
Just curious, where did you find that figure 🤔 I've tried tracking it down with no luck. Regardless of the figure, this one has a very high spec over the standard price. Curious what a similar spec example would cost new today 🤔
Ahhhhh... better boats have the engine under the beds more midship (better CG and balance ) and then SHAFT drives back to feathering props which is SIGNIFICANTLY better than plopping the engines in the stern where it's quicker and easier for manufacturing. This location ends up with you using sail drive legs that are shit to maintain and draaaaaaggg killing performance... I know you're a salesman but bro engine mid-ship under beds with shaft drive is so so much better....
Wow they changed some things up...especially the price since my 2008 Lagoon 420!
Sadly, I don't think anything is priced like it was back in 2008. I grabbed a fast food drive-through on the road home from work the other night, and a meal for 1 was almost $20!!
It comes complete with peal off decks and dodgy bulkheads, great boat for a marina...
I didnt see any signs of either of those issues when onboard. This one is much at home in the marina, as she is underway cruising offshore.
@@GarnockReviewsYou probably didn't look. It's hard to see standing on the deck.
@nooneanybodyknows7912 it's only an issue with 45 foot model

Wow !! this is Beautiful!!! top to bottom, lets go !!
So much space and comfort onboard, inside and out. It would be perfect for family cruising 😎
What a truly beautiful yacht. Certainly something to think about as I cusp 55 and pretty much work remote these days.

Great review!!
Thanks Eric, glad you enjoyed it 😉
Quite the boat...but a mast height of 68 ft. presents some routing limitations along the east coast.
Thanks Jack. My gut says this will spend most of its time in Florida and Carribean. There seems to be a huge catamaran demand in these cruising grounds 😎
I had my mast cut from 68 to 63.5. Should have gone even shorter for the iCW.

Awesome 😎
It's actually just dropped in price again 😱 I just updated the listing, I'm sure they would welcome serious offers 😉
Has it had a recent survey.

It's weird, I replied last night but it disappeared for me too. The algorithm must not like me saying I had plenty of places to hide my snacks :D
@@GarnockReviews lol. Well, I'm glad it's not just me! Thanks for letting me know, Sir.

Lol
2024 is 550000 unoptioned , just saying.

The 2 happiest Days in your Life. And neither has Anything to do with a Woman! Haha
I saw the instruction booklet for a Dremel that can’t be good
Won't ever buy a Lagoon to many Bulk Head issues
Lagoon houseboat, crappy build
