Hi. Because I watched you play this game I tried the demo. I got everything the demo lets me have. I worked out a way to run my store without any staff. With no storage. I Sell everything that is available. I never run out of stock. I do nothing but use the till in my shop while it is open. Demo only lasted a few hours. Really been fun - thanks for the content you put out ... P.S. I tried to buy the game today but an outage with my bank is not letting it happen - will try again tomorrow.
With the bigger store size you could potentially have a women's side and a man's side, specially after the next brand unlock giving i think 4 extra men's items, and could then have the wall/floors split so each has their own colour scheme, would also make a 2nd cash register work as will look like 1 in each side :) I hope the restocker at lv20 takes from the store room and refills the shelves in the shop, rather than just automatically ordering stuff when it gets below X in stock and putting them in the warehouse but guess we'll see next episode!
I will become more organized as things increase in size. Separate areas in the shop and in storage. I think the restocker will restock shelves, like that did in Supermarket Simulator.

oh i didnt know there were other shoe racks! need to buy some ASAP in my own game

Maybe the one rack you keep empty they count as something not in stock, and they can't find?
