I absolutely loved that you open your oven with your foot😂😂😂
THAT is real life and definitely something I would do!
I don’t like squash but this was very different than just eating a piece of squash and I would probably like it. 7:16

I am so glad I'm not alone! Sometimes I get weird comments where people are like "how could you do that?!? It's not sanitary!?".... It's like, I'm not cooking my foot and serving it here, I'm just a mom with two hands 😂

This looks like an amazing spin on stuffed peppers! Between this video and the previous few, I would assume zucchini and squash are basically a universal supercool. I'll definitely have to give them another chance. 👍

And what a gorgeous kitty you have!
    Happy Independence Day! 🎉

It kind of is! I didn't even correlate that until I read your comment and was like "how did I not see that?!" Happy (late) fourth to you as well! 💚

I didn’t see what went into the skillet that you puréed 5:50
Ok nm I read the recipe and it’s the herbs onion garlic and squash that you scooped out.
    I’m going to try this.
    Thanks Natasha! 🌻

I poured the contents of the skillet into a larger bowl and used a stick mixer to mix it all together. (I have a hard time mixing it with the stick mixer in the small skillet) and then I added 8 oz of cream cheese and poured it back into the skillet to heat it to combine 🫶🏻 let me know how you like it! It is one of our favorites.

Wow, what great ideas for using zucchini- too bad I will probably not see any this summer due to the cold spring and early summer weather- my seedlings are struggling :(. I will save this video and hope I get to try them end of summer if I am lucky. Thanks again for sharing your recipes for your beautiful garden veggies :)

I'm sorry to hear your zucchini isn't doing well for you! But I look forward to hearing how you like the recipes in the future when it starts coming in for you! 🫶🏻

What do you do with the scooped out insides?

For the stuffed zucchini boats, I cook them in olive and seasonings and puree it. The whole recipe is in the description 🫶🏻

How do you handle the different squash bugs? Or powdery mildew?
I pull off the leaves & Re-burry stems & shoot white butterflies- just kidding! But I do cringe when I see them.

And really only use neem oil but am starting to think about using the clay spray I’m seeing others use 🤔

😂 Mostly succession sowing and mass planting in different areas. I've tried to bury the stems, and neem oil is tough because we have such a big space and I have to reapply it every time it rains. I always try to plant way more than we need and just hope for the best. Some years are better than others.
