My pregnancy was really easy. Never lost hair or had cravings. I tried to have a natural home birth, but tapped out after 24 hours. I went to thd hospital just for an epidural, but ended up having a c-section. My recovery was really easy and the discomfort after did not compare to contractions. I went back to work after 1 month. Still not completely convinced why a c-section was warranted and I wish I could've taken more time post partum because I got no sleep at that time.
Sense. Because everything else in her life she is very candid about. I didn’t know if I had missed her talking about it. Usually she talks about her relationships and everything else that’s going on in her life. I just recently learned that she was pregnant. Whitney! Have you heard of the group The Reconnected? With all your personal and inner work I wonder if you've come across them. Well I wonder if Chris sees this too or you pass it along to him for Jazz,,, The Reconnected is a run by two women who specifically focus breathwork on rewiring the nervous system and releasing birth trauma (giving birth as well as being birthed).
