Quick thought…. Wodapalooza 2025, TEAM CEOSSFIT MOMMAS; Kara Saunders, Tia-Clair Toomey, and Annie Thorisdottir. It would be a beautiful thing and possibly have it in the bag haha. ❤

I have so much respect for you in all areas. How you carry yourself, your honesty and how you share so openly. I have also enjoyed all of your videos and sharing of Scotti and how you have raised her. I am 21 weeks pregnant with my first, also having a boy and I am very active. I have definitely modified and changed movements (not a professional at all) but it's so helpful to see other variations of movements. I think it's so good to point out it's different for reach person and going off of intuition and feel. If I am doing something and it doesn't feel right or I feel like I'm straining especially my belly I just don't do it. I would be curious to know more about any education materials on pelvic floor. We have specialists where I live but it costs a lot of money and we are saving for this baby lol and all the things we are buying. But I would also love any book recommendations on one of your RUclips videos. Thank you for always being so open and so real, especially sharing about the tough start to your pregnancy this time. I miscarried back in August at 10 weeks pregnant and my midwife was so encouraging and saying there is nothing I did or could have done and it's so common. I got pregnant two months after and was so so grateful and happy to make it past the first trimester and now into 21 weeks. Keep the content coming, you are so great!

I definitely experienced the “fall asleep on the floor” type of fatigue with my first. 1st trimester is so hard! You are crushing it and doin amazing as always. Love hearing your thoughts and watching your journey ❤

Loved your approach on training during pregnancy. Thankful that you gave insights on modifications already + attention to the fact that force on the abdomen and pelvic floor is something to be aware of during pregnancy and also clarifying that it is very helpful to talk to certified professionals in this field, if someone wants to continue training during this season, especially when looking for a solid foundation postpartum. Since you and your fellow elite momma bears are such role models to others, people jump to the conclusion fast, that if XY still snatches heavy weights during 3rd trimester, it's badass to do so too. Even if its not your vault if someone just tries to copy your training during pregnancy, I love that you put the word out there so fast. #ogmommabear

I love your family. I’m a ways down the road from where you are. Mine are 34,31 and 29. The first born is a special “assistant parent”. And it’s the beginning of the best times of your life. As a husband I can say your husband is your biggest fan. I’m 65 and I’m an athlete.

Congrats!! And good on you for scaling workouts! It's good for women to see that from a pro. I'm and athlete and a mother and from personal experience there needs to be more chill out there during athlete pregnancy to save people's pelvic floors!!
**If you're a pregnant or postpartum athlete check out Brianna Battles and her resources. She's like the only pregnancy/postpartum pelvic floor coach focusing on athletes. She has tons of content on how to manage the pelvic floor during and after pregnancy. Nobody tells you that your pelvic floor strength DOES NOT directly match your overall strength, so you can be the fittest person out there and while the rest of your body *can* successfully workout hardcore during pregnancy, if you aren't scaling and breathing/directing pressure properly you are putting TONS of pressure on your delicate pelvic floor, and it will probably haunt you later.

Please internally visit why you feel a family is complete once a baby of each gender is born and not when they decide their family is complete. It’s a gross sentiment.

The first time I have seen an athlete be humble enough to scale well! So many women do pull-ups, and running and on and on, because they can. and I just think we have to role model humility in this space over role modeling being a bad ass. Way To Go Kara!

Some cooked ham? No criticism from me.. but I'm too scared to eat ham while pregnant! So exciting you're having a boy and this pregnancy is going well. After having miscarriages myself and seeing that you went through a very scary first trimester (my 1st trimester for this pregnancy was also very scary. Lots of doctor visits), my heart broke for you guys because it's just so hard! Big love for your family and lots of prayers this pregnancy is smooth sailing from now on!
