it sounds beautiful my friend i can only wonder how its going to sing once it really warms up and its varnish starts aligning with the the vibrational pattern of the viola . i think thats why certain instruments sound better with age . the varnish finds its places and settles in . but i know that string instruments need to warm up and only get better as they do . so this viola is going to sing very pretty indeed . well done my friend .

So this has the bamboo fingerboard? Sounds good and I like the deeper arch too. The reclaimed wood has turned out great again. This makes this so fun to me that I can't stand it. By the way. I showed your museum trip to a young violin teacher. He was equally impressed as I was. We don't get to see these things here in our little town. Thanks again

Yes, the bamboo worked really well. I’ll certainly use it again.

Thanks for posting the vid. Was wondering what it will sound like upon completion. Sounds good and like the deep tone in it. Build looks beautiful. And last but not least the 2 American nuts are enjoying there 2 English build fiddles. Cheers

Delighted the 2 fiddles are getting played! You may well appear in a video soon!

    Beautiful deep toned instrument.
I've been really busy the last few weeks. So am now trying to get caught up with your videos. You were speaking about your UV box in the finishing video. Is it a setup of your own making? What sort of UV light do you have in it?

Beautiful tone! I love the depth and warmth of the instrument!
P.S. I recently sent an email to you regarding an inquiry, could you kindly check? Thank you.

Hi, just found the email. In your enthusiasm you may have failed to notice that basically you are asking me for a full breakdown of my technique so you can undercut me with local makers? Everything you need is already in my videos, forgive me if I don't spend several hours collating the information for you.
