Man, youre flying thru this! I have some washed rocks, paint, and dotting tools....and Im afraid to try one! Lol...I guess I thought the paint would be drippy. Beautiful job
Don’t be! Use just enough paint to cover the tip of the tool and don’t press the tool all the way to the surface. Just enough to release the paint, if that makes sense.
I just want to thank you for showing me how to finally get a good result using those clear tools. I have them but just couldnt quite get the hang of it. I studyed what you did very carefully and got my first good result. THANK YOU !

I have to say I got a big laugh when you were describing how the acrylic dotting tools from Amazon were great quality, except the metal pieces fall out all the time and have be glued in all the time. Doesn’t sound like “great quality” to me!

The only thing I would encourage is to explain the tools a little more - those crochet hooks are a very specific type, most hooks are rounded and would not work. And where do you buy the nail tools? Thanks for sharing your skills - I'm almost ready to give this a try!
