Love this simple video watched it many many times.
We live and fish up in Maryland on the Atlantic ocean and on Assateague Island. Also the Chesapeake bay. Good fishing up here.
    Again nice video

I watched this video 5 years ago and ever since have been the guy who was "catching while no one else is" - thanks for the tips, I've passed this on to good friends.

Thanks you! I am 12, and my 13 year old cousin and another 12 year old is coming to the Outer Banks with us in early August. We all watched this video, and thought it was very helpful! My cousin is doing all the research, and I know all about fishing because me and my Grandpa have fished since I was just 4 years old all the time up in Delaware, so I know all about cleaning the fish, and scaling it, and cutting it. Now we know how to fish in the Outer Banks for once! Thanks you! -Michael

You will love it there! I have gone every summer since 4 years ago. I went surf fishing last year there, but we kinda didn't know what to do but now we do!

Thanks for the information. I enjoyed the casual yet informational style of this video. It is very clear that you enjoy your family and the great pastime of fishing. Best of luck! My family will be venturing to the OBX next week - never been there. I think we are staying in Cape Hatteras, one block off the beach. We fish here in PA and hope to try our hand at the sea. If nothing else, we will enjoy the experience.

Thanks for the upload. I've always had luck with bloodworms too. There sometimes is a mentality to "cast as far as you can".....but you hit it on the head...you don't have to cast very far if you want to catch something (especially with the kids). Thanks again.

My family and I have also been going there for years.. Find your video very entertaining and also remembered using blood worms up in Virginia Beach when my kids were small and doing very well with Them.. Will be heading down to Pine Island for our vacation with the grandkids this year and will probably be using the blood worms.. Have you done any fishing on the sound ??and also any crabbing? because my kids and grandkids love to crab.. have caught crabs on the sound side but seem to get a lot of small ones... Thanks again and good luck to you and your family

Hi from the mainland side. How many fish are legal limits and can you fish on the off season?

I have not tried gulp worms but other synthetics that rehydrate don't work very well.
