Before jumping into being a business. Practice and learn with no worry of profit. Also learn how to cook and specifically cook mushrooms. Learn how to talk about your passion for growing that inspires people. Then you can start worrying about money and a business.
Wrote it down on my whiteboard! I've actually since moved on from the barrel into a stock tank, but similar ideas on both. Thanks for the idea I'll have one out!
Great video man! Remember not to overlap audio. Also potentially try closing the blind if you have enough light in your room. It will help with video quality
Good tips Please when showing another video and talking over it mute the audio of background video. My story been in mushroom farming for 3 years now, mostly just learning and getting new equipment every paycheck. Almost ready to start selling +100kg per week. Spent over 4000 euros till now, but that cause am doing all the work from LC, to GS, to substrat to growing, getting all equipment, tbh building most if it myself, and lots of trial and error, experimentation... You can totaly do it for less then 1000 eur if you buy already done grain spawn. To produce up to 25 kg, 50 pounds.. But if you plan to quit your job and only mushroom farm, keep in mind you gonna need to increase production to atleast 200 kg, 400 pounds per month. You gonna need to spend atleast 5000 euros to be available to do that much
Yes! I noticed that after I uploaded it, my mistake. Pretty inspiring story, I see a lot of people that romanticize mushroom farming when they don’t understand it’s a lot of labor between production as well as the actual business side. I also run a breeding program and only grow strains original to my farm, so I can understand starting from scratch. The under $1000 in the thumbnail was simply there to let people know they can get started with that amount, but I’d hope that nobody quits their job to farm full time with only $1000! Appreciate you watching and love your story.
