American culture tips because waiters do not make minimum wage wich is like $8.75 in most places. So a waiter makes $3.25. They live off their tips. And me personally I always leave a tip of what I make an hour. If I make $10 I leave $10. I believe this way because you go somewhere to eat mostly for half an hour to an hour and that is a good way to decide to tip. Holidays usually double of what your hourly wage is. So double of $10 would be $20. That is courtesy for those who have to work on the holiday.

Americans are like that. Certain cultures, like Italian Americans, welcome you like family. It can be very hard for more reserved cultures to understand. The whole 🧊 thing was hilarious 🤣 Americans like their cold drinks, thats for sure. I can't even imagine drinking a warm beer or soda. OMG sugar. In the South, you order iced tea, you'll get SWEET tea. In the North, your tea will be unsweet.

He's right, we Americans love talking about our ice. For example, Zaxby's has "good ice" which for me, is the tiny lil crushed ice that's textured.

when prescott was talking about the date at 0:59 he said the the rest of the world does it wrong, when in reality the rest of the world does it right and America is the only place in the world that has the date like that. Same thing with time. like when someone says that its 18 o’ clock (18:30 which would be 6:30 in american time) Americans would say that its military time, when in reality, its the rest if the world time because the rest of the world uses that clock…..so yeaaaa prescott was wrong (aslo im not trying to offend anyone or be rude, im also American and i was simply correcting him)
