@ I usually keep some of the fat wood charcoal in a small tin. I aim the Sparks into the tin ,then like you showed ,I get two pieces together and then blow gently until they ignite. Or place one piece of charcoal into a tinder bundle .I find the fat wood works great. Don’t know is it is because of the extra resin in the wood?
@ the only thing I have found you have to take the lid off at the end when it still hot, because the resin sticks a lid down , but then after about 10 seconds or so put the lid back on to let it call down ,similar to what you did in your video. You can punch a hole in the bottom of the tin to collect the resin into another container ,that also works and you end up with charcoal the same 2in 1.

I make charcoal from fatwood ,I find it works great with Flint and steel as a fire starter .enjoy your video
