Thank you for putting out such soothing and informative content. Your style is the jam.👊🏼 Happy 2024!!! Can’t wait to see all y’all do (and create!) this year. ❤
I have been binge watching your channel, I’ve learned so much and you are such an amazing worker! I’m 66 years old woman and would give anything for half your strength, persistence and creativity! I live in town and have a rather small vegetable garden but am growing it, my yard is fairly large. I’ve had a tree cut down that died and decided not to have them hall it off. I made a teepee trellis out of some for my pumpkins, Will chip some and use some bigger branches for borders! I will also go back and see some other things you’ve made out of your logs. I really appreciate your video and all the ideas and your incredible hard work!
Thank you for such a satisfying series. Really sad to see it end. BUT - will be glad to see new content as you are inspired. Happy 2024! Oh - I would love to see a vid from Taylor on her stroganoff. 😉
We live in central Colorado and can see Pikes Peak from our back door. Every year they shoot off fireworks from the peak. This year the skies were clear and it wasn't too cold so we stood outside and watched them. We could hear people from all across our neighborhood whooping and hollering for the fireworks. It was a blessed experience to share with them.
@@HoneybeeHollowGardens I bet! Brain food at its finest!! And when it's wild, it's even more powerful! I sure hope the ones I'm growing will get that big!!
I think I’m going to nickname you the pyro permie! Seriously though, it’s interesting the way you do controlled fire. Maybe you would consider explaining why you do and the benefits of doing so in a future video. Happy New Year!
It’s an underrated tool for sure, definitely can be dangerous though… I’ll do a video on it eventually, takes time to show things when it comes to growing - that’s why I’m doing this style of footage honestly. Great archives to compile
Wishing you & Taylor a Wonderful 2024!! Your title through me!! I couldn’t watch yesterday when you posted - didn’t want to hear you were stopping RUclips!! lol Yep Asparagus along with many things loves to be burned. The ash is good for the soil. My grandpa would burn his garden off every year. And we’d burn irrigation ditch banks every spring before the water came in - wild asparagus flourished there. The stroganoff looks delish - I’ve never thought to do venison bone broth - heard wild game bones sour Fast…. Yay didn’t realize roasting dandelion was that easy!! Is that horseradish only from one growing season??! Thanks for a Great Content Year!!!
We've been eating almost nothing but wild game broth for over 3 years now & haven't experience that. I've heard a lot of folks grandpas would burn the land, seems to be a forgotten winter task... & yeah that's year 1 of that horseradish
@@HoneybeeHollowGardens Thanks!!! Now I’m excited to try venison broth🙌🏼 Wow Huge horseradish root! I thought I had to wait until fall of season2 - is there a preferred harvest time?
@@tamararobinson2069 don’t know I’ve never grown it before this year, just pulled when the leaves died back. We thought it may be yellow dock, it looks almost exactly the same
