Brilliant. However, when the PEP plastic bottle is exposed to light it degrades (also high temperatures). So at some time in the future all the bottle-ends that are exposed to light will fall apart releasing the trash in the bottles back into the environment. In my humble opinion, it would be better to ensure that all of the plastic bottle is covered with mortar, out of the light, so it remains stable and whole / entire for a much longer period of time (possibly 450 years). The bottles will also last longer if the walls in which they are encapsulated are in the shade (not direct sunlight) - for example with an overhanging roof or creeper plant growing over it, or ratan mat. I hope that is a helpful and constructive thought (pardon the pun :) ). I also think it may be a good idea to cover with mortar all the exposed plastic bottle ends that are in your walls now. Of course glass does not have this problem.
Congratulations to the proponent of this project. You deserve a reward from heaven. This should be done in all places in the country. No excuse for being poor. Anyone can build a home.
Alright! I ams super proud of this new video that my friends in Baguio, Philippines have just released. Gladys, Betty and Rainel have been working on this slow and steady for almost a year now. It covers some of the amazing impacts that have had on people's household and communities in the Northern Philippines. Please check it out and you'll understand why I am so passionate about vision ecobricks!
I want to get involved with this beautiful idea and bring it to the United States, bring it home to Massachusetts! Why stop with the country? The cities are full of people and community service usually involves picking up trash, why not include the best recycling I've seen yet, inspired by this video and these amazing people! God is good ALL THE TIME, and we can learn and grow together in every community world wide, creating beauty from what we consider useless! This is amazing and I'm so proud of these creative and selfless people. Here's to spreading this idea and making the world a better place for generations to come! Great job everybody! I love u all- I want to help!
If the world would take all the plastic that there ever was there would be no homeless, we have roads that last 100 years, we build new islands, and we would save are beach front
Dear Russel, I have a channel on building material and related subject. Can I use your name and details to talk about this noble cause. My channel is in hindi. I am from India.
Same story. The mountains of my beautiful country are full of trash and my heart is braking that animals have to injest this crap.Gov is also at fault for not having more garbage cans or caring for its peope

Dear Russel,
I have a channel on building material and related subject. Can I use your name and details to talk about this noble cause. My channel is in hindi. I am from India.
Hello sir
Hiding the plastic problem in plastic bottles so someone else will have to deal with it later.
Same story. The mountains of my beautiful country are full of trash and my heart is braking that animals have to injest this crap.Gov is also at fault for not having more garbage cans or caring for its peope
