    You need to have two sturdy chairs or boxes that stop the bar 3 inches over your chest. If you havent got a power rack or cage..Then you can go all the way with CONFIDENCE. My numbers shot up like this.
    Because I was no longer scared of.the weight coming down on me. And I was adding a rep or two every workout.

    Don't need to hit failure all the time... I.e. hit heavy weights (4-8 reps) without comprising the form.

    Wow my condo gym uses the same plates as you! Also, pretty sure you're lifting 90kg instead of 86kg, don't sell yourself short.

    You are sawing through your rotator cuff each time you bench at 90 degrees. You are doing a guitine press. Try 30 degree power lift bench press.
