    My God! It kills my nerves system for a day or two for over doing it and I don’t even do half of anything like this LOL. This’s impressive as all get out💯 I do weaghted goblet squats when I come down from it I have coordination, and I’m ill really easy If I let myself be. I guess it’s a flood of cortisol that used to be testosterones? O yea my adrenaline will not shut off if I go to complete failure it’ll throw my nerves system out of wack I’m 44 I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
