This potatoes are easy to make.It takes only 30 minutes from Prep to cook and you have your dinner on the table.

I made these potatoes, but I used leftover pre-boiled potatoes I'd had for potato salad. I peeled them and slices them into 1/2" rounds. I chopped and added a lilttle fresh parsley and dill. Once it was almost done I added about 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream and tossed them around a bit, then I lightly topped with an Italian cheese blend. It was delicious.😋 Oh salt & pepper (I used white pepper) to taste while cooking. Again, dee-lish.
