- How close do you watch your fuel mileage? Whether you have a car or a big rig it's always a good idea to check and see what your fuel mileage is regularly. This film has lots of different and unique things that I have never been able to show you before As We Roll from Florida to Pennsylvania and then to Arkansas.
You have the best trucking channel and so informative. You are a true credit to the trucking industry. What I really appreciate is that you don't swear. I was OTR trucking for twenty years teaming with my late husband.
Thanks Jack and all you truckers for keeping things moving. Stay safe!
Thank you for letting me ride along. Just found you by accident. I am a retired truck driver for 18 years now and I miss it. I made an after hours delivery of emergency freight and the factory supervisor forgot the dock door springs were broken. He put it up I bent over to remove load straps and the form came back down. Put me out of commission for 6 months, before cleared to go back, but still needed pain killers, which ment I could no longer drive. So I enjoy living vicariously thru your videos.
Great video! Loved all the angles and behind the scenes shots at shippers/receivers
I absolutely agree with you on the xm situation. I generally never listen to free-wheeling. I am not sure why that show gets six hours per day, but Kevin only gets one hour in the evening. I often listen to the podcasts when I miss the radio show.
I'll tell my wife this year's vacation will be to see the wold's biggest ball of twine and the refrigerators that Jack delivered to Arkansas. Yea, she'll go for that........I think. LOL. Stay safe out there Jack. I enjoy your vlogs.
On a personal note, please don't wait so long to make another video ........ Ive been suffering through the DT's without your videos. lol. Thanks for being entertaining and having such a great attitude. Too many "drama drivers" on you tube these days. You and SuperTruckerDan are easily the class of the of the youtube truckers! thanks again.
you don't know how much I enjoy watching your videos you are so laid back stay safe
Brother you back up that truck and trailer better than I back up my Toyota Corolla -LOLOLOLOLOL -OUTSTANDING!!
Awesome video, we enjoyed it very much! Thanks! Yes, I kept fuel mileage logbook for very long time but now there has been a pause for a few years.
Once again a very versatile and enjoyable trip Jack. Thank you very much for sharing your adventures. Always looking forward to the next trip.
Jack, I always enjoy when you show Rt. #'s, and landmarks. I had to give up my CDL because of vision issues. Nice to ride along with you on your trips.
As an owner driver you're running against your fuel tank all the time. I always used to try and earn as much money as possible between fill ups but fuel is a lot more expensive here in the UK ! Remember Jack every time you fire the engine up you're using fuel so keep the dead heading and unnessessary running around down to a minimum. Love your films.
I have always enjoyed your video's. they help me out a lot as I began trucking. Going on my 3rd year now. Excited to know that you live in Central Florida. I live in Orlando. Hope to see you on the road one day.
We both wear tri-focal glasses. I'm 63 and been wearing them for the last 30 years. Your new glasses look good on you. Stay safe...
Good show,.just found it on you tube. Been entertained for hours, God bless 1 cor 15:1-4
Always like riding with you & ol'red Jack.👍
I like seeing the different scenery and different cities and roads that your truck deliveries take you -- as I don't travel much, so it's always great to see parts of the U.S.A. that I have never been to before. Your videos are interesting and fun to watch!

great looking glasses, way ta go IJ
Hi Jack, love the new glasses, and the videos
I love listening to Kevin Rutherford shows. I wish he was on a few more hours every week. Lots of valuable information. He has some shows that go into podcast that are great too. I like the show on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. which is the pittsburg power guys and they discuss fixing trucks and that kind of stuff. Then there is also trucking with authority with Kenny Long and then rates and lanes with Rico Muhammod. Thursday evening is good too with trucking 101. All of it is good info.
great video jack
Hey Jack, when we would visit my grandparents in Jackson MI. they also had Raspberries bushes and we would enjoy as kids, those were the days
Picking and eating raspberries is a good reason to go visit our deceased relatives. :-)
Another Great Vid. I'm stuck here in Salt Lake City, UT at a Love's waiting on our DM to get us a load with my trainer and other trainee. This hasn't been the most magical experience so far but it is what it is. Can't wait to be a solo driver in a far distant future lol
Get used to sitting trainee or not.
Well the thing that sucks isn't the waiting, it was my trainer. Our personalities just didn't click at all. I know it's hard to find normal people for trainers but I'm already waiting for my 3rd. The first trainer was just careless and I didn't feel safe. The second guy was like the freaking Soup Nazi. I'm not one that likes to be yelled at for doing nothing wrong. He'd get mad at everything even how you cleaned the freakin windows. So I had enough and asked for a new trainer.
Then when he found out that I was getting off because of him, he acted like he really cared and that I was one of his best students. I was like "who are you?" I never seen this kinda of talk and concern when I was on the truck. So let's hope #3 is the charm 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Not everyone is happy.
Sounds like you did the right not everything is perfect.
Enjoyed! You being from central Ca. I'm sure your aware of Western Truck School. This was the trucking school I went to in 1989. Ironically I ended up as an instructor there later on for awhile. :)
Your a great vlogger, I.J..
Nice looking black Coronado.
Stay safe out there Jack, Have a great day..
Yes agree with you and having Kevin prime time.
Auburn, PA? You were practically in my backyard again...
Nice trip.
Damn, you rolled right through my area on I-70, Richmond, Indiana....I would have bought ya breakfast!

Nice video ..
Hi As a New//old CDL Driver, I've been driving here in Scotland UK. for the past 35 years.
I am Marrying a US Girl and moving to the USA within the next year or so.
Could you give me a brief rundown on what you're allowed to do with regards to Driving and rest breaks,
ie what is required by Law? It seems to be totally different to what we're allowed to do here in the UK.
love your Videos Dude Keep em Coming
rain sure cleaned them bugs we'd been watching
Like the Farmer in the Dell interlude
Jack, I am not a driver and I live in Mich, when I am on a trip I stop at the TA on I-75 in Bridgeport , Mich because they have fabulous food so If you are ever this far north give it a try.
What you call "luck," Jack, I would call SKILL!! ;)
Personally, I'm more partial to the Bumble Bee Chicken Salad! :)
Your not lucky YOUR BLESSED!!!!
lol @1210 your phone went off, I paused the video cause I thought it was my phone!
That Keep Truckn app is great!! Really liked it until company said we couldn't use it
I'm with you on the Kevin Rutherford Show. I can't stand Free Wheeling as soon as Dave Nemo goes off I turn the channel. I also like Tim Ridley and KC Phillips.
you delivered on sheffler Dr in Chambersburg hahaha I pick up across the street from where you delivered everyday.
Jack, slowing down does help with fuel mileage. How many miles has it been since your IMAP sensor was replaced? The delta-p sensor? Or the dosser injector on the backside of the turbo? They all help with getting better mileage. Check out Rawze on youtube. He has a whole series on this specifically for the cummins.
Bumblebee...my travel bag always has some...👍
Thanks for another fine video. Jack, in your opinion, would it be easier to back up a 53' trailer with a short wheelbase truck (say 260") or a long wheelbase (280") truck?
Hey, Jack. Seems you are doing OK at Loco. Glad your doing well.
Like the new glasses.
Wish me luck jack I'm at trucking school at Cr England in burns harbor Indiana
great vid jack. im still curious how the new motor is running since your overhaul?
I agree totally with you I much rather listen to Kevin then freewheeling.
Ty
somehow you got your artwork in. glad I could help with your upload experiment
:) great video Jack thank you!
your engine had any major repairs or in frame yet?
how come your trailer doesn't say traveloko, is it yours? :-) blessings...
Thumbs up, IndianaJack.
Hi Indiana Jack....I love your videos!! Now I have a couple of questions. I now see day cab trucks that have automatic transmissions. I have always heard that when a truck with an automatic transmission is pulling a heavy load the transmission will snap out of gear. Also some trucks now run on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). There are environmental advantages to CNG trucks but if anyone has anything to say about my comment I would love to hear them. Many thanks......
Jack, will you consider the new 2018 Freight-liner Cascadia automatic? It’s just a beautiful state of the art truck in my opinion.
