I have been using 2019 model honda cb500x for daily commuting and long distance touring in the Netherlands for past 7 months. Honda CB500X is well-suited for touring due to its comfortable ergonomics, reliable and efficient engine, good wind protection, and versatile suspension setup. It strikes a balance between performance and comfort, making it a reliable companion for both short trips and extended tours. I can easily cruise on long trips 130 km all day with sufficent amount of power left for overtaking. And i have done trips to germany alps with bigger companions sv650,moto morini 650 and few bigger engines. I can very easily cope up with them because of its versatile nature and linear torquey smooth engine.

Cb500x we had in india was old model. New model before nx500 already had USD forks with dual discs dhan

bro I rode cb500x for 150 Kms. CB500X struggles to get to 120 KMPH. KTM 390 ADV reaches 120+ effortlessly, but KTM has vibrations, which is the only drawback. NX500 is not much different from CB500x. Moreover KTM has very wide service network, and Honda is yet to match it.

When it comes to service! Both has same reliability! But vibration do occur on both! Ktm engine reaches cruise easily
