this version of the deck is way more prepared to handle iron hands, if you can candy or tm evo your second/first turn you can fight back against iron hands easily. it gets harder if they have a proper backup for another hands tho
Ik this comment not meant for me but could be decent but if you the fighting one with reversal you can easily knock out iron hands and tank a shot from amp
The funniest part is I've been playing with Drifloon and Scream Tail with Bravery Charm as alternate attackers for the longest time. Catches people off guard! Losing fog crystal and level ball is annoying though.
Your right, idk why we would ever talk about another deck. Every video should just be about future box, azul clearly doesn't know what's going on. Hopefully he sees your comment
@@Pexodus11I think he means no one’s building deck with future box in mind the deck can very easily pull off and chain iron hands easily taking prizes on low hp Pokemon. Quite like this list, I’ve been consistently playing lb tina doing well, and I really like the list you made for it post rotation, we have Perth regionals coming up, so I might schedule a post rotation practice session with you soon ! Huge fan btw
@@ihaveanamewow1983 The point is that unfair stamp really punishes your opponent for taking the aggressive turn 1/2 prize, letting you try to shut them out of the game after that.
I've been running a very similar build just playing with my friends. Instead of the lumineon I've been using mimikyu ex to have a possible one shot for charizard. Adding a turo also is incredibly good to win against snorlax. Somehow I've found that running 4 great balls is also somewhat of a great replacement for level balls.
I was thinking of a version of gardevoir that used Mewtwo ex as an attacker and focused less on the damage from grade and used radiant tsareena to heal the grade damage. That may be bad though I have not done all of the math for it yet.
Mewtwo ex would have made the deck much better. Unfortunately, it is an electric tera type this garde cannot accelerate energy. You would have to play mewtwo ex for one turn, wait and hope it doesnt get KO.
Actually, this could work. The Xatu from Paradox Rift lets you attach one psychic energy from your hand to any bench pokemon and then draw two cards. You could summon Mewtwo, attach two psychic energies, and then activate Garde's ability to attach to your other pokemon. Mewtwo's attack is based on how many energies are attached to all your pokemon.
Bruh, we on the same wavelength with this deck. 👏 Love it. And the more I goldfish the deck, the more I like it. Really miss the Shining Arcana though. 4 Arven is crazy good.
I am absolutely agree on this video Azul, as a player who plays Gardie, some players doesnt seem this deck as one of the best cards to play in standard format. Yes, it has severe downsides. but if you can manage its cons, Gardie deck is a powerhouse
Nah fam I'm still not playing Gardy post-rotation lol. Turbo Iron Hands goes brrr. Edit - Also Charmeleon doesn't necessarily OHKO Mimikyu if they are running the new one with the ability and the attack that does 50.
@@dragonsignerRelicanth’s ability is to be able to use any previous stage’s attack, so Drifblim can also use the damage counter attack. It’s also gonna be good with the new Incineroar ex, since the Litten from Silver Tempest has a similar damage counter attack.

Honestly I’d go Moonlit Hill over Champ’s Fest; cheaper cost, better condition to heal, and has good synergy with putting Psychic Energies in the Discard
Been testing the deck lately, here are the edits I’d consider (I know the price is high, but we’re talking about optimal) 2 x champions festival: accomplishes what the damage pump does and feels better since they may not bump stadium next turn. 1 x professor turro: if you feel control is big it is good AND amazing in the zard match up cause you can deny them the prizes at the end to make sure you close. 1 x mimikyu: you’re right, it’s great for when they vacuum drift and you go into it 4 x ralts (memory skip): really good to help against zard in those games where we’re behind. Forces their switch and with 4 and mim you can get there. 2 x heart charm: def need those charms for games where you’re stalling.
I think Turo is still good in this deck. Also, since we're running so many Arven's TM devo could also be included, it can be really powerful in certain situations.

My point was that you can't just look at previous regionals to say sableye will be good after rotation, because it's a completely different card pool. A Cleffa would be good for the TM sacrifice if needed
From testing i think garde needs 1 more boss to chase the pidge in the zard matchup.
Turn after turn of boss garde and 1 vacuum can cripple the deck.

The new Fezandipiti and Munkidori seem insane in Gardy if you can make them work.
I think Eri should be considered to get rid of vacuum potentially ?
