- Since everyone wanted a part 2 to this series, I must deliver. Now there are more characters and more crimes in the mario madness universe that must be brought to justice. And I will be the judge

At first I thought Mr. Virtual would get a "Mutilation" charge but I'm glad he got the "Identity Theft" charge instead as its more fitting. OGN/IHY Luigi is also a good one, assuming that Mario is undead like Luigi is canoncially, the Fratricide charge also seems legit. The sexual assault charge on Turmoil made me laugh. Now GB... I know my guy is cool is all. But bro is actually a menace! I was surprised seeing that many charges on him since I'm unfamiliar with the "Black and White" Creepypasta lore.
I call for a case extension on Devil Mario. If Mario's possessed by Boo's, does that mean he's done the crime?
Also, for "Attempted Grand Larceny". It's probably just "Grand Larceny", as he, spoilers, does manage to gain all the Mushroom Kingdom power stars at the end of the series.
I'm charging the possessed version of mario, not regular mario. Also I'm only counting mod crimes so he doesn't steal them in the mod

I’d expect turmoil to get some kind of charge for cannibalism but I’m no law expert so whatever, but I love how we all just collectively accept that you can charge these characters for crimes but there’s no way we could catch them and contain them in a prison cell…

To be fair, all the creatures it's shown eating are creatures like wigglers and koopas. I think there would be a necessary law in the Mushroom Kingdom for killing and consuming sentient creatures, but there's obviously none in the real world.

A lawyer may be about to get a insanity plea. He is possessed by the boos which influenced him to act like this. If there could be a way for the boos to be extracted from Mario, they may be the ones on the hook for his crimes.

Yea I’ve already done the math for his sentencing (at best) and here’s what I got:
282 years in jail for 1st degree murder, Rape, Attempted murder, Arson, gun related crimes, Assault and (possibly) holding a hostage
And A $3.200.00 fine for property damage! (I say that because in the Console wars videos I can’t remember which one: he is seen actually rowing towards here the battle is occurring… while not threatening her peach is seen having a 2nd black eye meaning that she’s possibly a hostage and will be beaten/ assaulted if she doesn’t row faster like he said to)
If the cops tried arresting Racist Mario, it’d probably become a full out chase. And, he’s literally in a race car, so.

All the crimes Devil Mario has done came from the boo's possessing him so non for the things Mario did was his intention so I think that's a get out of jail free card right there.

I love the fact that because of the rule that you only count crimes committed in the mod, Mr. Virtual gets a way smaller sentence than what he would receive normally
I actually didn’t expect a part 2 but now the more we think about it, you have a point, there are more characters that have committed “crimes” or normal actions in the FNF universe dictionary, an example is “Wario Head” I mean in Apparition he is chasing BF and the song is basically attempted murder but that leaves the question, what other characters in this mod have done horrible things in their origin stories or the mod itself

If you add the original story for Devil Mario, it is shown that he was capable of making the other boos take possession of every Toad he's killed, so technically it's a genocide and manipulation.
Additional charge for GB: If you look closely at the castle in the background after he transforms, you can see the outline of Wario's body hanging from the castle, which would be first degree murder.

2 mistakes I found: 1 in super star marios sentence bf canonlicy survived its attempted first degree murder and same for mr vertulal but he actually kills gf to become gf
WRONG. Mr virtual transforming into gf was an illusion he only needs to kill when he wants to get into the real world. Also assault with intent to kill carries the same sentence as first degree attempted murder
To add onto the identity theft charge, Mr. Virtual should also gain a mutilation of a corpse charge coming from the fact Mr. Virtual will actually possess the bodies of the victims he kills. The fake Girlfriend is actually real Girlfriend’s corpse. This is where the lines get blurry because spirit possession isn’t really in any criminal code (for obvious reasons) so I’d say either that (because even if decomposing of a corpse is a natural cycle, it will be his fault for still using it and causing it to decompose technically making it mutilation) or grave robbery should be an additional charge for this.
Fun Fact - If we had a Devil Mario case where most of the events in their og source material happened, we could give him a serial murder charge as he was a serial killer before getting killed at E3. And one more murder charge for Samantha and a mutilation of a corpse/grave robbery charge for it as well if we are taking into account this happening before Mario’s Madness.
Another thing… he has murdered a child before. Don’t put that on the criminal record as this isn’t really confirmed but it was on TV Tropes and I think this wouldn’t really be taken into account for because we’re focusing on primarily FNF Mod material and some of its source material if it is implied to happen before the mod (think the corpses in No Hope or The Forgiven in Overdue)
I've mentioned this to a lot of people, but Mr virtual needs to kill someone to possess their body in the real world. And after researching for a long time, i found he didn't kill gf but used some advanced psychological shit to transform into gf to torture bf

The end of Mario Madness also counts as an enslavement crime on M’s part since the ending shows BF and GF becoming friends with MX and Mr. L.
MX also gets charged for black marketing since one of the ending artworks shows GF finding her corpse in the props section to where GF looks back and sees MX laughing his ass off, so he is selling a real corpse as a prop.
Also GB invading Christine’s mind and making her go through a nightmarish dreamscape is technically torture since he’s putting an innocent woman through painful experiences while knowing it is in fact, a painful experience.
Also Devil Mario deserves an insanity peal and to be locked in a mental asylum for a few months, as Mario is completely possessed, same with Turmoil since he’s got a silly power up.
The ending artwork is more hinting to the production of the mod rather than actual gameplay. Also for devil mario I'm charging his possessed version

It's really difficult to find a charge for manifesting in someone's dreams, so harassment is the closest thing I could find

honestly, Lore wise, Super Horror Mario, Super Horror Peach, and Mr Virtual are the only ones who probably have the highest count. Super Horror Mario and Super Horror Peach are a possibility, but Mr Virtual definitely considering he consistantly rips up and mutilates the souls of his victims after they simply acknowledge his presence in his console then puppeteers their corpses until they rot enough where hes sent back to his headset.
then again, Mr Virtual cant really be given the death sentence and have it stick as he cant die

I would also like to pull out that Mr. Virtual should also be considered when looking into his backstory as he did burn down a circus he worked at and that was the starting of his killing, he also figured out that he can switch bodies when he killed someone in his form, meaning that girlfriend was killed by him, and Racist Mario is pretty much similar as he had killed almost everyone in the racetrack (he didn’t kill kratos, peach, daisy, and Luigi), attempted to kill Luigi, and if the n word is considered as hate speech, he also said it when getting towards Luigi and Sonic.

Only Mario Characters get charged with multiple death and life sentences
So, with Turmoil, outside of Mario Madness lore, he is blind. He's also made of Yoshi DNA, so it's possible his intention for killing BF isn't murder, but instead his hunter instinct. So the murder charges wouldn't really stick, as it would be like charging a fox for killing a rabbit.
Also, one other thing with Ultra M'. Since he's aware that BF is going to die, would it be considered premeditated murder?

Could Mario.exe's killing of Yoshi, in Starman Slaughter, be considered Self-defense? Because Yoshi technically struck first.
Also, MX needs to be charged for Destruction of property when chasing BF. Your choice whether it counts as monetary Destruction, or wonton murder. Since the bricks in SMB1 are trapped toads, in actual Mario lore.
