A good tip for finding polishing/buffing compounds: look for ones that say "Body Shop Safe" or something similar on the label. That almost always indicates that a compound is silicone-free, because apparently it's too much of a hassle for the manufacturers to just put "Silicone Free" on it (and some don't make that info easy to find even on their own websites!) I've also heard that 3M's silicone-free compounds come in beige bottles, while their black bottles are consumer-oriented and may contain silicone. I don't know if that's in fact true, but in my limited experience that's been the case. The stuff in beige bottles is typically their "professional" line, so it makes sense. I did come across a big spreadsheet that someone had made once, that listed a few dozen of the most common buffing compounds and whether or not they contained silicone, so that might also be worth a quick Googling before someone buys a product they're unsure of.
+catdumpling jescar sells mezzerna products that are cake type compounds . They are what I use #16 and #18. I also have some of the 3M products , Finesse IT and Maquires swirle remover , also 3M hand glaze. Thanks for the help Catdumpling

I only mask off th fret board and will rout off the area under the bridge now . It makes final buffing and level sanding easier
Do you mask the bridge and fret board extension area on the top before you apply the final coat of sealer and the Nitro?
Seal coat? Seal with what? Lacquer? Shellac?
