Just found your video watch the trade and can’t get enough had to subscribe an hit that like button immediately. Living here in the low country an all the work you put into editing an getting everything just rite really shows in these videos. Got to love that HARLEY-DAVIDSON and also thanks for being so loyal to the dealership that still means a lot these days. Looking forward to many more adventures an hopefully see y’all on the road one day. Your latest fan !!!
Thank you for your awesome feedback. Yes, perfectionist here (though I know nothing is perfect LOL). Rather put out fewer videos that are of good quality than crank out a larger volume of videos not up to my expectations. Glad you enjoyed it. I love putting these together. I love more the great memories this makes. Have a great day. More videos coming.
God Bless You and your husband & Thank you for being a Great inspiration for me to buy my 2023 Road Glide 3 back on Nov. 7th!! Thank You for your awesome videos also!!!!
Congrats Melissa, she looks great. I have a 22 RGS, so if I can recommend the following: Klock Werks 9 in windshield; Bad Boys seats with awesome back rest; and most important for safety and looks two Baja LP6 lights from Cali Raised Moto. They carry a very good kit for RG fairings. These lights are the brightest in the industry at 10, 300 lumens per. I recommend an amber and white light. Amber light is used in desert racing and cuts thru dust and fog better than a white light. Combining both works well and you will be seen in daytime (run brights) and night time for sure. These have saved my bacon several times from people that would not pay attention but due to the lights, they couldn't avoid not seeing you. Your safety is worth the price for these lights. Good luck.
It’s a sharp looking Free Wheeler. I took it out on HD Demo Days and enjoyed it. If you are going to install headers and slip ons, you might as well do a Stage II. You will be glad that you did. The performance is night and day, especially for passing on the highway. Again, great looking Free Wheeler and Congratulations!!!!
@@MidLifeStyleTwins I have the same Exact RG3 Mine is still at the dealer. Apparently The Stage 1 and 2 Mapping downloads have not been released. My Dealer Won’t put the Slip ons on the bike until. So if your Dealer has the Mapping can you please comment here!! Safe Travels and beautiful ride!!!
Hi Melissa, I know you will enjoy many awesome rides this year. My wife and I share a 2014 Can Am Spyder STS, and can absolutely understand why you enjoy this rig so much. May many miles of smiles grace your visor this year and beyond! Your video is so well done...
Awesome, thank you so much for watching. Yes...planning that long trip as we speak for this fall with my daughter (an even bigger challenge now with less storage). Going to put out a video next time on the storage space on this motorcycle. Then will be thinking ahead to packing for a trip. Fun times! Wish I did not have to work full time, I could work on this all day with all the ideas I have running around in my head. Thanks again!
Great presentation on the trike Melissa! Very well thought out and shown to us viewers!👍 I'm 58 years young, a guy, who is looking to get his 1st motorcycle as soon as I get my endorsement!🏍️ This video makes it plain "why" one should select the RG3 for their first ride. I have left many a visual drool stain on my phone from watching nearly every "Doc Harley" video! Biker chick's RULE!👍😁 Doug
Thank you so much for the feedback. I sure hope you find the ride that fits you. Very happy for you! Yes, Doc Harley...I met him yesterday. It was truly a pleasure. I love learning from him and his videos. Safe riding out there, Douglas.
Just wanted to say thanks for the video my wife and I are getting ready to buy our first tri glide just waiting to see the new colors then we will be ordering want something in red hope you enjoy your new ride she is beautiful.
I turn 62 and in July and was going to buy a Low Rider ST. I have not been on a bike since I sold my Street Glide 17 years ago. I am starting to think at my age a trike may be the way to go. Not as fun as being on two wheels but then again I never road a trike so maybe I will enjoy it as much as my 2 wheeled Harleys. Thanks for video. Safe travels🙏 PS....new subscriber!!
OK...What about a back rest for "Melinda"? Hmmm? Actually while I was watching this video (before you said you were going to add a back rest), I said, "no way I am getting on the back of that bike without a bike rest." Haha!!!!! Great video Melissa!!!!!!
Welcome to the Road Glide family! One you get the cam and full exhaust done(stage 2) you'll be surprised at the increase in power. My 2019 RG CVO has the 117 with full exhaust and Woods cam and it's fast!
Good choice I love the Road glide and I’m glad Harley came out with a trike Keep us posted on how it rides especially around curves Gailian-Ms.Harley-Davidson Ride Safe….
Thank you so much for watching. I am glad they did too. I was taking a curve too quick once (I miss calculated) and it spooked me for a second but she handled beautifully. I let up on the throttle and she went smoothly around. It handles ever bit as good as my Red Triglide. I love how she handles and feels.
My brother just got His RG3 last week black/chrome . Initial review is good. It may be the best looking ride in Harley's lineup. Personally, I'd get a Fast Johnny Low Rider ST with Stage 2, 2 into 1 pipes, Touring Saddle w/Tourpak Trunk, handguards, Forward foot controls & a Jims Cooling fan/horn kit, crash bar, LED lights and Heavy duty suspension upgrade!!
Thank you so much for watching. Yes, I think Harley hit it out of the water with this one. I never knew how wonderful that road glide fairing was. I feared two wheels and I never would’ve gotten on it. If they had not put the shark nose faring on a three wheel frame I never would’ve known.
The trikes this year really are nice. The Motor Company made em' aesthetically pleasing with the wheels etc. If I could recommend some riding gear I cant say enough about the Klim Marrakesh jacket. Hot weather mesh. The best Ive had
Nice Trike! At 72 I’m thinking of getting one . I appreciate your honest review. I wonder now that you’ve had it for awhile what your update review would especially after all of your upgrades. Thanks again.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MOTORCYCLE! I do not regret my purchase (trade in) and would do it all over again. I have over 9K miles on the motorcycle and have enjoyed every mile.
Beautiful trike as I have a 21 Freewheeler in Snake Venom. Only thing I can say is they are a fantastic ride. The hinge on the trunk lid takes up a lot of room and can damage soft things under it. I too carry a lot of get home stuff or emergency gear for about anything that can come up these days. My body isn't the same these days as I was 10 years ago. I be 69 in Oct. Keep safe, ride safe and enjoy life. Oh I am in high desert AZ. One other thing I found out the hard way. The plastic clear covers for the fenders, the bugs and little road rock stick into it and if it's hot sink into it. I got leather ones to put on tomorrow. Franks Leathers is a one person shop and he does a fantastic job. I seen pictures of other Freewheelers with his work and it's true made in the USA work.
I love the snake venom paint job. Yep, that trunk hinge...wish they could fix that design but am not an engineer so I have no suggestions. On my CVO I carried enough life boat bars that I could have survived 2 weeks out there. Not going to get them on this motorcycle for sure. Editing the video now to show everyone what I was able to pack on this motorcycle. My EDC items were and are a must! I was told about the ceramic coating...are you familiar with that?
@MidLifeStyle Twins I heard it helps but I haven't talk to anyone in my area about it. My edc is a couple of them hand size packages sleeping bags and a tent made out of same thing. Enough emergency bars for a few days and a tiny stove with one can of fuel. Lots of first aid and tools for building a camp fire. Still room for my small backpack purse. Also something to hunt with if needed. Message me and I will give you my number if you want to know more about this.
Sweet! The RG3 is a very nice motorcycle for sure. I am definitely loving her. You have a twin? I am going to check your channel out I see. Do you have two channels thank you again for watching. God bless.
Put a rear bumper on it they look great and are easy to install. The last 2 trikes i owned i had a ceramic coat put on it makes it easy to wash and maintain its appearance over the years and by the way your bike is beautiful
I love the color! I bought a Gray Haze RG3 and love it also. I also moved up from a '19 Triglide and find the RG3 much easier to steer with the frame mounted fairing. I am also looking to upgrade to 14" bars so please provide details of your impression when you have your installed. Safe riding😊
(I created a video for that..ruclips.net/video/YEea_31OSwE/видео.htmlsi=j_71YeEQ1YIjKfNJ). Since my 850 mile trip, I am thinking I liked my 12 inch bars on the Triglide better. The 14 inch are not bad, it is just that I liked the 12s better... felt better I think. I hope that helps.
@@MidLifeStyleTwins Thanks for the reply. I am 6'-0" so the 14" bars should work fine for me. I watched a few more of your videos and could related to them (especially you husband's views on switching to a trike). I have ridden two-wheel Harley's for over 30 years. Three years ago I decided to move to a Triglide for some of the same reasons as your husband. Once I go accustomed to the difference in handling, I have really enjoyed the trike. I even rode the Tail of the Dragon in Tenn. and enjoyed the added stability of the trike. This year I switched to the RG3 as I liked the sportier styling and the fairing coverage of the sharknose fairing. I will be watching your channel in the future. I saw your twin snd I share the love of cruising as well (went on my 6th Alaska cruise in May of 2023 and loved it). Safe travels on your trip!
@@kennethmoore5629 Melinda was on an Alaskan cruise in May this year... who knows you could have been on the same one they went on. Thank you so much for watching.
Thank you so much for watching. Glad you are inspired. I LOVE my time out on the open road whether alone or with others. Keep me up dated on what you end up getting.
Hey there, Donnie! THANKS! Me too. She truly rides like a dream. Heading up tomorrow to get the handle bars and some better sounding pipes. I am continuing to LOVE watching your channel. Thanks for all your information and paving the way for the RG3 options. [TOTALLY RECOMMEND @donniewieburg]
Very nice review , not snarky or unfair . I'm getting ready to buy my first trike in the spring . A stroke has me a bit limited in what I can handle , but being a life long rider and hitting 80 years this coming August. I just gotta hit some bucket list places . I'm still not sure about that fairing , never needed or wanted a radio before. That's part of why I'm still more inclined to buy a Freewheeler . Happy trails , and hope to see you on the road.
Awesome...80 years and still riding...what a great inspiration. I am 57 and hope I am still riding at 80. I like the protection of the fairing and the GPS maps. Radio is nice but I like the quiet peace of the road so could live without it. I love the 2023 White Freewheeler and that would have been my next choice. Glad you thought the video was nice. God bless and keep you safe out there on the road.
Hi Melissa. My name is Linda Kroon. We have tube tv and my husband and I found you and your husband. We just got done watching you getting your new bike. I like the blue color. Thankyou for doing the RUclips so we can share your experience.
Thank you so much for watching. I love riding, creating videos, and editing, but it is so much sweeter when I can share it with dear people like you. This feedback makes it so worth it. :). God bless you!
Good Morning ... I have one JUST like it and LUV it too. I ordered mine thru my dealer and it took 6 weeks exactly ! But by then the dealer mechanic and I had ordered and received all the parts I wanted. The parts I am MOST happy with is/are the Stage II Screaming Eagle 447 (torque) cam with Hi-vol oil pump & cam support plate. And the Screaming Eagle Extreme Breather and Screaming Eagle Pro-Street Tuner. I swapped the factory exhaust for the Cobra's 909. I did not change the headers. I have put 1200 miles on it and ABSOLUTELY love it!!! The one thing I discovered I would not be able to do without are hiway pegs. I am 5 ft 10'' and after a hour or more my thighs were really cramped with no where to stretch the out. So I ordered Kuryrakan floor board mounted pegs and problem solved. They do stick out a bit more than I like but hey .... So CONGRATULATIONS on your beautiful RG 3 .... Ride Safe !!!
@@MidLifeStyleTwins YES !!!! Who can resist ... I will admit I was VERY apprehensive at first without seeing it in person but whoa the Billard Blue knock me out !!!
Your RG3 looks awesome! All of the other videos I have seen were the vivid black color, which is also nice, but I was looking to see a color that really popped. Thanks for sharing. Godspeed
Thank you. I love both the black and the billiard blue, but I have to say there is something about how that blue sparkles in the sunlight... I appreciate you watching and your feedback.
Hey Melissa, I am considering buying this trike. Due to medical reasons, I have not been an a motorcycle in five years and now I am excited to get back, but must do a trike versus 2-wheeler. Still excited. Quick question, were you able to get the CarPlay to work and what did you need to add to do so? Thanks.
Yes, I bought the car play adapter for $12 off Amazon a.co/d/5cfIhzD. The problem is it will cost $$$ if you have HD pull the fearing off to install it. If you know how or know someone who can do it you will save your self money. One thing I found out if you have a Sena wireless headset, you will not be able to use it. Your phone will attache to the motorcycle/car play and bypass the Sena. In other words you cannot use Car Play and Wireless Blue Tooth Adapter on the motorcycle.
Melissa what a nice bike. Really looks great I really like the road glide. I have the tri glide ultra that you have seen on Ben’s The Veteran Bikers channel. You stated you may be coming over to Pig Trail Harley in September! If so we would love to meet you! I enjoy your show! Thanks Sean
Hey there Sean. I love watching Ben @VeteranBiker Yes, I am going to try (Lord willing) to head north up around Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota and then head down towards Arkansas. I want to get all the Midwest states off my bucket list this year. I’ve been to many of them already but Arkansas was not one of them. I want to hit Eureka Springs and will make Pig Trail Harley Davidson my destination there. Send me an email at talk2midlifestyletwins@gmail.com. I will keep you informed. I look forward to meeting you and your wife. I haven’t got the details yet but I plan on sometime mid September.
Nice Bike. Many Happy Trails to you. The looks of that big 3 wheel bike, to me, you really got to be on your game face to ride it. I have a SPORTSTER 2007 883, and he's my baby. Keep strong & and safe, my friendly lady. God bless from Cali .😊
I have a 2009 Fat Boy and 2022 CVO Tri Glide. I liked your first video concerning you 2021 CVO Tri Glide but was very surprised you traded it in (for a loss) for a 22 RGS. Then turned around and added, for extra expense, such items that were on you CVO like Kahuna heated hand gripes and footboards, a more comfortable rider seat that still has no back rest and speakers with less storage space and smaller engine? Are you still glad you switched from a CVO to a RG3?
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I absolutely LOVED the CVO, but honestly, it was having issues they seemed to never be able to confirm or figure out why it was happening, so trading it was not extremely hard to do. They did finally figure it out and fixed the problem. The main reason I love the RG3 is I love the simple open feel and sporty look. I always preferred the Freewheelers but wanted the Faring. Now the RG3 has the fairing and I am loving it. The Triglide to me is bulky feeling. Yes, great storage, but for just riding around, I love the RG3. I hope that answers your questions. ruclips.net/video/7QoILsuExg8/видео.html
@@MidLifeStyleTwins Got and thanks. You are right about the bulk compared to my Fat Boy or RG3, but I had back surgery and did not want to give up the riding I have done for the last 53 years. Therefore, I went with the 3-wheel version Tri Glide that my wife wanted due to the seat/back comfort. I tried to talk her into getting her own like you. I am curious since I have the 2022 CVO, what was the problem they finally fixed? Hope it is not generic to CVO Tri Glides. I have only 500 miles on mine with no problems. Thanks, and "Live to Ride, Ride to Live.
@@norse2459 they ended up having to change the control panel- the electronic brains. It would not start … several times. Gina (who owns it now and was on the trip with me) said it is running beautifully now. HD is not sure why it was having so many problems. Sadly all these newer motorcycles have those electronic components in them…something does sometime go bad.
i really like your humble but informative summary its nice to see someone open to gaining knowledge from the gallery ! i have none to offer but love to lean into turns on 2 wheels so i guess thats out on these ?
Thank you for watching and the feedback. Life is a big schoolroom...never stop learning. I loved leaning into turns on 2 wheels many years ago, but it only took 1 time going off the side of the road (line watching) to rattle me. Now I can't get that out of my head. Again, thank you for watching. Safe riding out there.
I did not (I posted my other video after I picked her up...due to the length of time it takes me to edit these videos to meet my perfectionist standards ... as best I can LOL.). I will be at Low Country HD tomorrow getting those handle bars and other accessories added...I am going to ask if he is there.
I am getting ready to purchase a 24 RG3. Question I have for you, is how did the Clutch feel? I have small hands and like you said the arthritis does set in as the older we get. Also what heated grips did you get? Thank you for any information!
Congratulations on the purchase of the RG3. What color are you getting? They have some nice choices this year. I do not have any problems with the clutching. Of course in traffic it can get tiring, but I do not notice any problems at all (especially after doing it for a while and developing those hand and forearm muscles a little). I have the Kahuna heated hand grips. I hope this helps.
I am getting the RG3 vivid black. Had 2 wheels for a long time then went to FW, now ready for a sporting look RG3. Do you notice on your heated grips that they aren’t as warm running down the highway? I had those on my FW but for some reason I thought you had something different until my husband pointing it out! Been watching your videos, lots of good information! Thank you!
Think you would be better off keeping the engine and head pipes stock, unless you don't have enough power, which you should with the 117 engine. Been riding motorcycles for 65 plus years and a aircraft mechanic, so I do my own work, good luck, stay safe and enjoy riding.
Wonderful. Thank you so much for the subscription and for watching. Sad to say Melinda moved to Indiana (I am still in SC) ... we do not get to ride together right now. We will be soon I hope because I am riding up there to see her. Cannot wait. You guys look a lot alike. Safe riding out there guys. I checked out your channel and subscribed.
I have had 3 Harleys and can tell you that you can install many accessories by yourself. It’s not that hard, especially if you have a shop manual, research via online videos, etc. Heated handgrip installation is not hard. Just need to do basic wiring techniques and run be able to run the wires to the power source, etc.
Hi! Just got my Road Glide 3 and was wondering if you can answer a couple questions… where did you get your luggage rack and where did your husband get his handlebars? Thanks
Hello. congratulations on your new RG3. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine. Luggage rack was from Harley cataloge. I will get with. my husband and ask about his handle bars.
That is a really great looking bike, love the color does it has flake in it and the mufflers will make a big difference, God bless you and keep you safe 🙏
Thank you. GOD IS SO GOOD. Yes, I love this color and it is so pretty in the sun and even better in person. If you get really close, you can see some flakes. My husband had said when he saw it before I did, but he saw the flakes too. I cant wait for those mufflers to be added (my husband's mufflers sound awesome).
@MidLifeStyle Twins 😆 LOL I know what you are talking about when you get our age things change a little bit, and you are right (Arthur) does seem to find a way too affect us lol
It was a pleasure meeting you as well. Thank you so much for watching and for sharing your insight into two wheels versus three wheels. I think I’m gonna try to add it into my next video. God bless you and Safe riding out there. Hope to see you again at the Harley shop and out on the road.
Hello, my wife just got her RG3 a couple weeks ago and we've both had Tri Glides in the past however, your video is the first time I have seen something other than the stock parking brake pad. I've had the Kahuna series on my Tri glide (Chrome) and Road Glide Special (black) and it's one of my favorite Harley floorboard designs. Can you provide information on that parking brake pad that almost looks exactly like the Kahuna series. I cannot find this on Harley's website. Thanks BTW beautiful color.
That is awesome. What color is her RG3? I got an answer for you today. :) Cameron at Low Country HD said that break is under the CVO model parts. Here is the information: #50600426 Kit, Brake Pedal Service with brake pedal pad and 10200322 (chrome). I took a screenshot of it. Email me [talk2midlifestyletwins@gmail.com] if you want the screenshot. I hope this helps. Safe riding out there.
I loved the Triglide because it had more space and was more comfortable for my passengers. BUT...I love the sporty open look and feel of the RG3. We lived in Summerville and Ridgeville area for 12 years before moving down towards Beaufort.
Great video as always. Not only congrats on a new trike but also on getting over 2000 subscribers. You're growing pretty well. What's your secret? I know.... Southern charm.
Thank you so much. Not sure about Southern Charm (LOL), but I work hard to make videos that I would like to watch. I do what I love! I love seeing the stories of others and their motorcycles. It is a slow and steady process. Keep posting and be consistent even if it is 1-2 videos a month. Quality (not perfect) over Quantity and always learning.
@@MidLifeStyleTwins I certainly appreciate your quick response and wanna add that I really like your channel and the content you put out…Keep up the good work and safe travels…
I always loved the sporty look of the freewheeler. My hold up was I love the fearing. When I saw the new Road Glide 3 ... I was immediately tempted. Now that I have ridden a motorcycle with the fixed fearing and independent steering, I do not think I ever want to go back to the batwing fearing. Thank you for watching.
Congratulations love the color, your right she is beautiful! ma’am you are an inspiration to women riders especially my wife. As I told you before, working on convincing her to ride alone. Guess I just have to buy it. I show her your videos and remind her , see honey if she can you can, lol. Ride safe.
Yes, if this 55+ gal with arthritic hands can do it, anyone can. I love the freedom, empowering open road and would never give this up for anything if I can help it. So many great adventures. I hope she rides someday. Once she does, she will say, why did that take so long?
@@MidLifeStyleTwins trust me , I know exactly what your saying. My kids and some friends tell me how crazy I am for riding the streets of miami. However, since they don’t understand the feeling I do not bother to explain . I went on a little ride today to get meds and cigars ( for when I ride) And of course what was a 20 min ride turned into an hour plus.. oh well got back home feeling young again. I heard you mentioned your getting slip on’s. And eventually full exhaust. Tab brand makes nice loud slip on’s muffler’s. Personally I stay away from Harley products they are over priced and not that great. Just an opinion. I have a stage 2 set up on my ultra and I guess you already know it does make a very big difference. Looking forward to more videos. Bye.
@@RafaelJimenez-hz9gu Thank you. I appreciate the information. I will need to do some more investigation into the staging. I have no clue what all that means. I had a stage 2 on my previous blue trike (compliments of my husband). It did sound good. Ride safe out there.
@@MidLifeStyleTwins simple Stage 1 Full header exhaust which removes the constricting air devices such as catalytic converter’s The slip on mufflers , and bigger air breather and a re- mapping of the engine for air and gas mixing. Stage 2 Is a Bigger cam , in mine I installed a S&S 580 cam. No it is not racing cam just much better passing and low end torque. Then a dyno tune is a must. I had my stage 1 installed at a bike rally ( Daytona bike week) and all you pay for is the parts, installation is free! In case you did not know that. Any upgrade you do at the rallies are free installation All my custom dynamics lights, I bought at rally and they installed, free of charge. The cam I did at a local motorcycle shop To give you an idea I paid around 1100 dollars last year for stage 1 upgrade Where my local Harley was quoting me almost twice the amount. Sorry Harley.
@@RafaelJimenez-hz9gu LOL, now my head is spinning but this is great information. Now to try to digest what you just said. As I said in the video, I am a nurse...not a mechanic and have NO CLUE. Time to learn, huh?
For comfort and storage space Triglide wins hands-down. But, for look and feeling of being out in the open air on a motorcycle, the RG3. I love the sporty look of the Freewheeler and the RG3. I loved my Triglides but I really love the RG3.
I never had a problem with the CVO in 2 years that I had her. Do not know yet for this RG3. If those problems arise, I will be sharing that information.
Yes they are. You would have thought I would have learned my lesson with the CVO. I will not get anything else electrical (no heated seat....). AND....those stupid heated hand grips are not working.
Thinking of trading in my 2021 CVO Street Glide, it's beautiful! I am attracted to RG3, I was thinking of a big 135 with oil and air cooling, thanks for the tip on turning off the heated grips. This blue one with chrome has my heart, keeping making your videos, loved it ! Happy Riding ! Are you single ? 😊
if you could do the math and let us know what kind of mileage you are personally getting that would be great! Thank you! I have an orange freewheeler, and we live in the midlands, thanks!

Very nice, I forwarded this to my wife, she's considering a trike! Thank you for sharing such an Honest review,!
Thank you for watching and sharing with your wife.
Your dictation and critique is informative , thank you. ❤
Good luck.
Thank you for these suggestions. I will definitely add these to my ever growing list of wants.

Honestly im really loving the rear tires and rims. Im physically capable and love my ultra glide, but i find myself looking at this ride very often.
Debating between the two…
Just wanted to say thanks for the video my wife and I are getting ready to buy our first tri glide just waiting to see the new colors then we will be ordering want something in red hope you enjoy your new ride she is beautiful.
Thank you for watching. I am so happy for you and hope you enjoy your new ride when you get it. Yes, red is one of my favorite colors.
See this video. My husband struggled going to 3 wheels… but does not regret it.

I'm not really a Harley guy (I like all kinds of bikes) but that is an amazing looking bike. Nice choice.
Have you seen the colors for this year? They are awesome I hear.

Good choice I love the Road glide and I’m glad Harley came out with a trike Keep us posted on how it rides especially around curves Gailian-Ms.Harley-Davidson
Ride Safe….
Hello from London England! Well that trike looks great especially in the blue keep on biking ride safe.
Thank you so much for watching from across the pond (my brother-in-law is from England and we joke about the big pond between us and his sister).
Thank you. I hope your brother enjoys his ride. Everyone should get what is right for them.
Good luck with her she's one beautiful motorcycle
Thank you.
Congratulations I have a road glide limited and we love it! Welcome to gliding 😊
I will take a look at the jacket. Always looking for what is best to wear for safety. The South Carolina heat can be brutal.
Congratulations on your new RG3....Very informative video...
hope you love it!
I do love it. Thank you!
Lots of first aid and tools
for building a camp fire. Still room for my small backpack purse. Also something to hunt with if needed. Message me and I will give you my number if you want to know more about this.
Oh my, you have my twin looking at the Trike😂😂 I’ve even given it a second look! Safe travels and thanks for the video! (Tolleson Twins)

Love you my darling daughter! Cannot wait to take you out on your first ride.
I'm surprised Doc Harley didn't come out and give a tip or two!! LOL Good on you, enjoy your new RG Trike.
I met him last weekend and will be posting it in my next video (hope to put out Monday 5/1) :). Thanks so much for watching.
Put a rear bumper on it they look great and are easy to install. The last 2 trikes i owned i had a ceramic coat put on it makes it easy to wash and maintain its appearance over the years and by the way your bike is beautiful
I have heard a few people mention that ceramic coat... ADDED to my list! THANK YOU!

Awesome review!! Congratulations on the new ride!
Thank you so much for watching and the feedback.
Stunning bike,I like the chrome on the motor
Yes, I was gong to get a blacked out model...but so glad I stuck with the chrome....I love it too.

God Bless You and your trip
That is awesome. Is it the billiard blue?
@@MidLifeStyleTwins YES !!!! Who can resist ... I will admit I was VERY apprehensive at first without seeing it in person but whoa the Billard Blue knock me out !!!
@@paulbronnenberg2075 I agree. My first thought was WOW! Then they pulled it out in the sun... immediately in love with it.
I have a 22 Freewheeler, I put Legend shocks front n Back, night and day difference. The stock was ok but the Legend, not even close.
Thank you for sharing that. I will ask my husband to look into these.

Hey there Sean. I love watching Ben @VeteranBiker
Yes, I am going to try (Lord willing) to head north up around Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota and then head down towards Arkansas. I want to get all the Midwest states off my bucket list this year. I’ve been to many of them already but Arkansas was not one of them. I want to hit Eureka Springs and will make Pig Trail Harley Davidson my destination there.

Thank you so much for watching. I am definitely enjoying the ride. God bless stay safe out there.

UPDATE: Guess what.... I met Doc Harley today. Going to share it in my next video. Had a great conversation with him today.
Question: Why did you make the change from the CVO trik you had to this Glide 3? Thank you.
I always loved the sporty look of the freewheeler. My hold up was I love the fearing. When I saw the new Road Glide 3 ... I was immediately tempted. @@MidLifeStyleTwins simple
Stage 1
Full header exhaust which removes the constricting air devices such as catalytic converter’s
The slip on mufflers , and bigger air breather and a re- mapping of the engine for air and gas mixing.
Stage 2
Is a Bigger cam , in mine I installed a S&S 580 cam.
The cam I did at a local motorcycle shop

How do you like the RG3 over the triglide
For comfort and storage space Triglide wins hands-down. But, for look and feeling of being out in the open air on a motorcycle, the RG3. I love the sporty look of the Freewheeler and the RG3. I loved my Triglides but I really love the RG3.
How much oil does she burn and how often do you have to add it ? For either trike.
I never had a problem with the CVO in 2 years that I had her. Do not know yet for this RG3. If those problems arise, I will be sharing that information.
All the electrical accessories you add are also taxing on the stator.
Yes they are. You would have thought I would have learned my lesson with the CVO. I will not get anything else electrical (no heated seat....). AND....those stupid heated hand grips are not working.
Thinking of trading in my 2021 CVO Street Glide, it's beautiful! I am attracted to RG3, I was thinking of a big 135 with oil and air cooling, thanks for the tip on turning off the heated grips. if you could do the math and let us know what kind of mileage you are personally getting that would be great! Thank you! I have an orange freewheeler, and we live in the midlands, thanks!
I will do that. (I need to get back to my day job right now...will work on that for you though). I need to go out on a trip and see how she does.
Thank you so much for watching. We are neighbors!
Beautiful machine

Get some Cali Raised Moto Baja LP6 headlights for that beauty.
Going to add that to my wish list for sure. Someone had mentioned headlights but I could not remember what they were. Thank you!
