I'm very excited for character creation. Glad they finally have a few black long hairstyles. As a guy with dreads. I want too see warrior gameplay specialy sword and shield too. I want the release date so I can pre order.
@beccangavin oh it's usually right after big moments. I change the style. Like going from wearing their hair loose to tying it back after being named Inquisitor in Inquisition because they feel pressured to look more formal.
Girl me too my Lavellrn started out with long hair cut it when she became inquisitor let it grow out during tresspasser and will probably cut it when she goes to give her ex the smack down in Vailguard😭😭😭
Because 90% has been how much we will love the characters and the characters are the best and brief screen shots of other stuff without any details that would have been cool to see

Dying to know if we can swim underwater in certain areas? Haven't seen this touched on yet, and it's been on my mind ever since that underwater concept art piece!
As a Zelda fan, I’ve seen so many controversies around new art styles that it doesn’t phase me anymore. Those controversies never last after release though. People get used to new art styles and learn to appreciate them given enough time.
Excuse me but there is something that left me confused, at 14:40 is a mention of the gender system, i love that there is more freedom & inclusion in that regard. My doubt is more technical than anything. You say that there is the chance to change your physical appearance, your gender identity & your pronouns. Here is where something felt redundant for me. Shouldn't your gender identity & pronouns be linked? If you have a biological male body & your gender identity is female, no doubt about it you are a woman, she/her would be your pronouns yes? Is there something i'm missing? Some context in which a Trans Woman wouldn't use She/Her? I'm not as educated in the matter as i would like so if someone could illuminate me in this regard i would be quite grateful. And of course i mean no offense, i just find odd that the gender identity & the pronouns are separated choices in a videogame, where one of your only ways of showing the gender identity of your character is through your pronouns in game. Like, if i choose to have a Male body, Be a Woman but then i choose He/Him as my pronouns, how is the game gonna acknowledge me as a woman? Again sorry if i missed something obvious and/or offended anyone. I just want to be better educated in the case i'm not or afirmation if this system is indeed redundant and/or conflicting. The game will refer to you as whichever pronouns you choose, regardless of what gender or body parts you choose. It is dictated by what you ask to be called, not your body parts.

I haven't seen the final thing, but I believe there is a gender identity section, two separate options, you can choose whatever gender you want and then your pronouns separately. I assume it'll be showcased more in the future to provide more info. Sorry I can't give a concrete answer.

It isn't linked because there is an option to be nonbinary and nonbinary people don't only use "they/them." Nonbinary isn't a third gender but rather an umbrella category for many variations on a single idea-- being someone who doesn't fit neatly into the male or female box. However, some people still have one foot in that metaphorical box so they're content with "he/him" or "she/her."
Is the game so linear and urgency-rushed that you can't slow things down to explore and will we be rewarded with lore for doing so? For example, I would have gone inside every door the gameplay demo Rook walked past. I also would have stopped to talk to the beggar.
I'm glad they moved away from open world, but I also hope there are areas we can still explore, such as the major hubs. I want to wander around Minrathous! The gameplay in the video seems like a tutorial mission to me, so hopefully afterwards, there would be time to explore and pick up lore and side quests.

Would've been great if the devs had "listened to" their ace fans and included ace rep in the game, but our community was intentionally excluded. Nope, not "time" to include you people in our super inclusive game. What does the A in LGBTQIA+ stand for, again? Hmm, maybe next time! Maybe in a couple more games. Maybe in another 10 years. Except there is never a good time to include a group of people none of yall care about.
I don't think it's fair to say we were intentionally excluded. Although, I agree the statement of now not being the "right time" was poorly put. The fact is, we don't know Bioware's process with creating these characters and determining sexuality and that ties into the overarching storyline. But as a writer myself, it's much more important to write a character as they come to you, not force them into the box you want them to be. I would much rather Bioware write the characters that come to them than try to force one or two to fit specific fan requests. We won't get good ace representation that way. If now "wasn't the right time" (as in the characters just didn't work out that way), than I'm happy with that. I'd rather an ace character appear when it makes sense and the writing comes because it feels right, not because Bioware forced it.

I usually change hairstyle throughout the game when the charater creater is available. Just to show charater change throughout the story.

I think it's a warrior skill, you saw it in the Early Alpha video that was released a few years ago.

I know! In the gameplay, he walked past a kneeling person, and an "interact" popped up. I was yelling to click on it!

It's abit of a shame all characters are bisexual. I think it would be cool to have a romance reason to replay it.
