Funny story. So I was in therapy because my now ex wife thought it was weird I wanted to sleep with my wife and I thought it was weird she forced me into celibacy . And literally the night I had just told my shrink that "there's no way she was cheating on me" I caught her having cybernetic with some dude. I didn't confront her then, but I did get her admission to everything when I did. So two days later, I'm in my meeting and talk to the dude and from that point on, It was go time. I got recordings of her admitting to her wanting me to lie to immigration, her abuses towards me, the forced celibacy. We never even consummated the marriage. I even had her caught lying on sworn court documents. About why she was divorcing me. I had recordings of the night she lied to the police and tried to have me arrested after I confronted her as she was cheating. All of it for a green card. Trust me, denial and acceptance are two very powerful motivators.

I agree, if it’s cheating that involves money or some sort of financial thing then I think there’s kind of like grounds for legal action but if it doesn’t involve money then OK if you don’t like the person anymore, you should just let it go

Ok since everyone loves to take things out of context. In this episode of the good doctor the patient has a condition that literallly stops her from controlling her impulses. So anything she thinks about she just does it. This includes spending money on ads for childrens charities, donations etc which is where all the money went. She is unaware of this condition herself and the tumor is only discovered through the doctors persistence. The husband understands that he may have done the same and forgives her in the end.

The other doctor, Claire, somehow told him one thing, "if she does things in impulse(which is a brain problem), then how hasn't she ever left you?" It was tough for her husband to digest the fact that his wife never stopped loving him despite she cheated. When she was operated and opened her eyes the next day, Dr. Murphy asked her, "do you still want to kiss me?" She responds, "you are very cute but I think I can control myself." Later her husband talks to her and He decides to forgive her(with a serious warning). Well, it was a very complicated episode. People had mixed feelings about it. Missing context after this: Turns out she had a tumor in her chest that was feeding into her brain that made her ego part of her brain say yes to everything. Ok since everyone loves to take things out of context. In this episode of the good doctor the patient has a condition that literallly stops her from controlling her impulses. So anything she thinks about she just does it. This includes spending money on ads for childrens charities, donations etc which is where all the money went. She is unaware of this condition herself and the tumor is only discovered through the doctors persistence. The husband understands that he may have done the same and forgives her in the end.
