It makes me cry watching you start your day with God and His word because I used to do that but addiction has put blocked me!! I even got markers, ribbons, glue, etc because your videos INSPIRED ME BIG TIME!!!. Please pray for me and please, please continue your videos. God bless

Me too I used to do that, I was also starting to be addicted to something else but God saved me it was not easy I was starting to give to let addiction win but I listened some sermon here on RUclips Dr Miles Monroe, still I went back to my addiction 2 times after I listened this time was different though cause I felt like I have power to stop, even now I thought about it before I took a nap, but I'm not going to to do anything God has won the battle don't give up

I also started waking up early in the morning. First, I splash water on my face (because that kinda shock me and i do not feel sleepy) and then I do my brushing. Then I sit down in some cozy place and write the things which I am thankful for , I also write my prayer in my diary..its kind of a date between me and God so I make sure that nothing distract me from him so I create a peaceful environment around me.. I also encourage you to wake up early and start your day with God because it fresh up your mind and gives you courage to face the whole day......GOD BLESS..💕💕💕💕💕
Everytime I start my routine of prayer it would go well for a day or 2 last time it went for a month...the devil attacked me ,I dont wake up on time ,my body is weak I dont have that urge to read my bible ....please include me in you prayers

I pray you would help rauna. Help get her back into your word. Help keep the enemy away from her so that she may grow in you. In Jesus name, amen.

It's a miracle am no longer feeling weak when its bible time ,am back on board praise God and let's continue to pray for each other all of us...I feel really great reading my bible with understanding again

Hahaha I know I’m late, but this is me. Before I was a Christian I would sometimes talk to myself, you know just little stuff. But now that I’m a Christian, I direct that talk to the Father, even when I’m in the shower or when I’m working. It’s a great way to include the Father with daily things that we do in our lives. ❤️

Ashley, love the blog! What you wrote so many of us struggle with the same! I am encouraged by watching your videos! I'm 55, and I deal with alot, and I too have a thorn in my side! But I know that God may or may not remove it, but His will be done and as I journey learning more about my Father, I am blessed to know that when I am weak, He is my strength! I started reading the Old Testament by myself. I was in the middle of Genesis when I found out about this reading challenge! I wish I had known about it sooner! I start this challenge last week and read up to where that date was. Now, I am on Exodus and almost through with the book! This challenge is perfect for someone like me who has never read the Bible before! What a wonderful idea!
Question, after the OT challenge is up; will there be a New Testament reading challenge?

Thank you for posting this, i enjoy watching this. Although journaling is not my thing. I mostly do a lot of devotions, read a chapter a day, and worship. 😍 I have been pretty focused on reading devotions though. but i like the idea of writing/ drawing out summaries of what you read and drinking coffee.
