Harry Uppal began very well by including genuine human emotion stories woven into his food videos but lately has digressed into vapid emotionalism to the vast detriment of his work. Harish Bali also has evolved in this respect and his Shri Jamunotri, Assam and Sikkim tours are outstanding.
