Both seem to be remarkable souls and your connect with them was equally memorable. There are so many geniuses, of the head, heart and SOUL, like Sri Kevatji in our food services sector, and I pray you will find many more such in your future endeavors. Harry Uppal began very well by including genuine human emotion stories woven into his food videos but lately has digressed into vapid emotionalism to the vast detriment of his work. Harish Bali also has evolved in this respect and his Shri Jamunotri, Assam and Sikkim tours are outstanding.
