    Good Day Legal Leaders SA
I wanted to ask for a bit of information in regards to Rule 29 of the CCMA. Please assist?
I have a Con/Arb scheduled for Friday, 14th of June for monies owed, and I sent an email on Friday, 31st of May to my previous company making a request to have specific documents that are crucial to my case sent to me. The employer did not respond within the 5 days stipulated in subsection 2 of rule 29, and I made the request 14 days before the proceedings, as stipulated in the rule. These documents were supposed to be sent to me yesterday (Wednesday, 6th of June).
What happens now? Is there a specific form that I need to fill in? How and where do I ask that a commissioner requests the company to send these documents to me, as I need them to build my case? Without these documents, I basically have no case to present, which means that I won't have a fair chance to present my case.
And are they allowed to give those documents to me on the day of the Con/Arb hearing when I asked them 14 days prior to the proceedings via email? And am I right to ask them to be emailed to me as opposed to being handed to me in person so I have proof that I didn't tamper with them and commit fraud?
