I just used zip ties for my number plate lol. It's a 17' front end conversion on a 2000 CR. I didn't have access to anything to make a bracket at the time but the zip ties work quite well. Nice & tight & no vibration. Glad to see you make legit brackets for it. I'll have to pick one up sometime.
Hi cam i know you did a jetting video but could you just in short tell me why i have so much spooge on my kx.. is it mainly jetting or is it my 32:1 ratio when belray h1r is rated for 40:1 and up?

I just bought a 99 CR125r and I really do not like the plastics at all. The side plates are so big and the shrouds leave a lot to be desired. Starting with the front fender, I have a new 2010 restyle fender that I’ll be attaching, what would you do for the side panels and shrouds if it were your bike. I love the way your 05 turned out, that’s the look I’m after buddy.

Granted it was stolen before I got to it but had a ‘13 RMZ250 and bought the ‘19 RMZ450 front fender and number plate and was looking for a bracket to install it. Just a thought about maybe branching out to other brands. Don’t worry, replaced the RMZ with a CRF450R though, haha.

Hi Cameron, let me fill you in on some metal machinist trade skill to improve finish and accuracy. When drilling any sized hole, never drill up in gradual increments to a finish size. Look down on the cutting face of your drill bit, the central plane between the 2 cutting faces is called the chisel edge. Say for example your drill bit is M12. Measure with a rule the width of the chisel, it maybe 1.5mm in width. A pilot drill (a guide drill run through the material) should be no greater in diameter than 90% or 9/10th of that chisel edge width. So for a 1.5mm chisel edge the pilot drill should be 1.35mm (you would therefore use a 1.2 - 1.4mm drill). Drill pilot hole first. After the pilot you go straight to size. Alternatively, you can simply use the chisel edge as a gauge and select a pilot drill undersize to width of chisel edge, near enough is good enough so long as undersized.
In your case I understand the plastic may bite, however, just some knowledge you may find usefull otherwise.

2001 Honda cr125 is there a whole bike restyle kit. All i find is 2002 and up. Your bikes are sweat i have been following and trying stuff on my bikes. You do a great job bro man. Keep it. Cancer sucks 2020. #fuckcancer
I have a 2007 kx450f and I put a 2017 front fender and number plate. All I had to do was put a small nut and bolt coming through so that the number plate had something to fit itself onto it just slid on to the screws sticking up and everything else just lined right up I only had to purchase the four newer bolts with built on flanges they lined right up.
You should try cerakote clear coat on bare aluminum frame or swingarm. I looks awesome and protects that bare aluminum. Wear a mask this stuff is STRONG.

But the travel of the fork just only half of all can u tell me how to modify the fork to get longer travel? The iner of the fork touch the top of the fork i just don’t understand why kawasaki make it like that

Not a big fan of the newer front end on older stock plastic bikes. Either you go full send with a TX or Polisport kit like you did on the 250 or you leave it completley stock imo.
Will the 2020 crf 450 plastic kit bolt on to a 99 cr 250? There’s a company that sells them but they are way out of the price range
