Whoever purchases this truck will know the most important steps were taken. I’d be stoked to own this truck. Cheers

Hey Matt you might try taking a heat gun to those floor mat's to kind of revive them, since they are a type of plastic rubber the heat may liven them up. Just be careful and do not over heat the floor mat.

I’m for the hub caps. Maybe use a hole saw on the front hub caps. Interior looks great.

It cleaned up very nicely for an old truck but I think the hubcaps would be a nice look

Matt, this might be one of the most satisfying videos you've done. All that progress made such a nice difference. This truck is turning out awesome.

That steering wheel looks like the one had on my 71 swapped it out for a better that was black. Hopefully Dennis Carpenter can get the OE tooling from Ford someday for the 71’s grill inserts.

If I were looking to buy an old truck sofar for the most part I'd look at at yours. I like how your doing it for sale. If it was original two hub cap that is how Id leave it, but four would probably get more attention. For me though Id look in at the Radio and see aftermarket and lose interest, me I'd rather see an empty hole then an aftermarket radio, Makes me believe some kid installed it and chopped up the wires. Thats just me though. I would LOVE the fact that you put new quiet exhaust on it. Good build so far.

Fantastic episode Matt. I love the cosmetic stages of my project trucks. It seems to be the most satisfying when you improve how the truck looks and feels while you’re in it. I really appreciate what an enthusiast you are and taking the time to make these old trucks as original as possible. That’s my theory as well as much as possible. We’re still plugging away on our 68 Highboy. Seems there is always something to do on it. Looking forward to more episodes.

Matt where are you located? Is it possible for me to come and see this truck in person? Can you give me a guess-timate on your price until we can talk in person?

I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to market the truck or price at this point. I’ll be sure to let everyone know once those decisions have been made though!
