This was just one specific week in my life and in lots of the days I had a pretty late breakfast and lunch at around 3PM which is why I didn't end up snacking - but as I mentioned at the end of the video, adding a protein packed snack can be such a good way to help yourself eat more protein
I love your all videos but just want you to know about the Stanley cup lawsuits! They contain lead and never disclosed this to the public! Personally I don’t care how safe they say they are, I don’t want lead in my body. They said lead paint was safe to use in houses for years. Just want you to continue staying healthy Carolina ! ❤
There is a small pallet of lead in the bottom of the cup layered between stainless steel. It is impossible to get out perfectly safe do a little bit of research before you make a rash judgment with that being said, I’ll stick to my Hydro flask and yeti Tumblr.
I feel like I end up eating pretty varied in the way I mix and match (which is why I meal prep ingredients instead of full meals)! but I will say on weeks where I meal prep I do end up eating more of the same things than on weeks where I am just cooking as I go :) I def don't meal prep every week so I kind of mix both!
I usually have some dark chocolate I think I didn’t show it in the video as much!! But also the magnesium powder I was using is sweet it tastes like berry so it feels so yummy to have after dinner also ❤
I just added it to the oats and milk and mixed it!!! recipe is in the PDF guide in the description :) I use the be well by kelly chocolate or vanilla protein!
