Chakalaka recipe | South African YouTuber

Hi guys welcome to my RUclips channel ,join me today as I prepare iChakalaka. A salad that is popular in braai’s however can also be enjoyed as a side. This recipe is mild, for a spicier flavour you can increase the Cayenne pepper quantity
Ingredients:
-500g Carrots
-2 Onions
-1 Green pepper
-1 Yellow pepper
-3 tablespoons cooking oil
-1 tablespoon sweet basil
-1 tablespoon mild curry
-1 tablespoon barbecue spice
-1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
-1 tablespoon salt
-1 half tablespoon ground coriander
-2 Cubes of beef stock
