The 90k pack does include msp’s, as I pulled a 91 macavoy
I'm out. All my fodder is gone. So the only thing that can help me is the collectables and random pack luck.
So.... For the price of a TOTY, you got a card who is NOT garanteed to get a single upgrade.... EA logic
Yeah they're priced the same (as if they were already 99 OVR)

Wish they'd make it so every card has value. Tying an event to a specific overall makes it difficult to participate in the event.
Also fun fact Mikko has 90 faceoffs meaning you could play him at center
so i didnt participate in toty this year, but I did pretty much trade in all my fodder for 87's just to organize my collection. did i make a mistake by doing this?? they seem pretty useless now in this event and going forward
You can use them to make fantasy cards right now, but not sure about the future events

For an event that came right after TOTY, I think t hey knocked it out of the park. The only real problem with this event is the fantasy cards should be 10, not 15 collectibles

I've really soured on HUT since the TOTY event. Way too expensive to make these cards. I decimated my card collection to make 1 TOTY last week. I fired up MLB The Show last week and forgot how it feels to pull amazing cards frequently. Thanks for these vids though!
Yeah, TOTY kinda ruined Rivals, too. Everyone in div 2 or higher has all of them, it seems, and they all go for the exact same kinda shots that can't be defended. Odd, sharp angles from the point. I can easily defend it, but it's like there's a program that allows the puck to always avoid my players or stick.

Since TOTY Kucherov has 3 synergies how come his X factor doesn’t or that will come later?
The TOTY will always be better than the X-factor.
They might unlock more syns for the X-factor as it upgrades, but it won't have as many
Fantasy cards not worth making they only play 4 games and no one is scoring 9 goals in 4 games

Even at a 90 some of the fantasy cards are as good as or better than the MSPs

Would it be a bad idea to just use 30 collectibles for the 90 ovr players. Seems like a lot to grind just for one 92 ovr, when you can obtain 2 90’s for no work
@@spitfireunited theres the risk of getting the same player twice - and ofcourse they're bound to your account
With that being said with the collectibles alone you can do it 5 times
@ i thought there was only a total of 70 collectibles available if you complete everything
@@spitfireunited you get 70 total collectibles just for logging in every day and opening the pack in the store
Then wild card and objectives give another 80 total
