They sound like Finnish Operail's Dr20 diesel locomotives, and they are basically the same locomotives but with different body style. Engine, traction motors etc. are the same.

Is the locomotive at 4:34 equipped with distributed power or is it dead in tow?
DIT I think as it has a portable tail lamp rather than using the loco ones
