I'm just testing one and noticed that the fan is very loud - in fact, it's quite audible in your narration. I've seen suggestions to mount it on one of those platforms with two low noise cooling fans to keep the noisy built-in fan from kicking on.
Hey All Great Video Mate, short & concise I just received mine today from AMAZON Australia Question: I didn't receive the Australian type Pin Clip-On thingy for the 12v Adaptor so I can plug it into our Electrical wall sockets ...but I got the EU & UK ones instead, has anyone else had this problem ? and if you did, what did you do as I really don't want to send it back & go through the rigmarole of re-ordering over such a small item ?? Thank You All In Advance
Thanks for watching! Most of our early units came with the Australian plug missing. We stock them as spare parts in case we run into the issue again. Any 12V 1.5A DC power supply should work for you. Ideally you will want the locking collar on the barrel though, because the barrel can pop out without it and you'll likely lose power.
The build quality is maybe a touch cheaper than the ATEM, but is quite good. The buttons feel very similar to that of the ATEM. We have also had no reliability issues reported by any of our customers, nor did we see any in our testing.
Is there any mixer in the under 1000 Dollar category that can handle 4K inputs. I'm totally fine if it gets downscaled to 1080p, but many cameras just look horrible in native 1080p mode.
No. I use a PC with two Elgato Camlink Pro quad HDMI PCI Express x4 cards in it. I wish i had a Lenovo P620 Threadripper PRO 5945WX system with an Black Magic DeckLink Quad HDMI PCIe Gen 3 x8 card, which does HDR10.

Awesome video. Can you have 4 outputs at the same time live? Quadrant style.
according to the user manual you can only super source up to 3 inputs at a time, not 4.
Looks cool
Can you make a video for YoloBox Ultra Eddie?

Can you display all 4 cameras at once? Will this work in OBS?
You can super source all camera inputs at once. The device will work in OBS once connected to a computer via its webcam port.
How does build quality and reliability for livestreams compare to the ATEM mini?
The build quality is maybe a touch cheaper than the ATEM, but is quite good. The buttons feel very similar to that of the ATEM.

The BlackMagic ATEMs take 4K inputs and downscale to 1080p
