And I'm glad he left, he's WAY BETTER solo, though it was really fun when he was in Exo. I miss Baektao and Taohun interactions.. Plus his momxson interactions with Suho. It was so cute :3

I can see why Tao's dad persuaded him to leave Exo, he was always getting hurt and never get the proper treatment he deserved. Even though I was not a fan when it was all 12 members, from what I've saw on videos he really did love his members and respected them, but I would rather see Tao happy and healthy than always being sad and injured, even if that meant him leaving the group. But if Tao and Exo are happy then so am I.

If I was Tao's parent I would sue that company for abusing its employees, they have too much work, have to train all the time, don't have enough vacations or time to rest, don't have proper medical treatment, make them compete unhealthily (even between themselves), don't give space for them to choose what type of music they WANT to sing/dance, makes them feel like they can't leave freely when you should be able to stay because you want to stay, control how they dress and behave even outside of stage, they treat their idols like machines. I mean these companies win A LOT of money training these idols, at least they should treat them like people with human and work rights! and have psychologists and therapists to provide them with help, especially considering the amount of stress and fame they're exposed to.

It's hard to be away from your family and old friends as much as he was. Getting injured can definitely isolate you as well when you have to go off and do different things from the rest of the team while they continue as normal. Many athletes are put through a lot when they are injured both mentally and physically so I can understand how he felt.

I'm not sure they were all genuinely good friends. Idol groups tend to be put together by management, not by the idols' own choice. Ever hear the phrase, "You can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends?" These guys didn't even get to choose their friends. They were put together as a group and had to get to know each other, live together, eat together, do activities and shows together. They didn't choose each other. They may have gotten to know each other and some of them may genuinely be friends, but I doubt they are all as good friends as they try to show on stage or on screen and it's possible they only show that they're good friends because they have an image to uphold for fans.

I can see why Tao's dad persuaded him to leave Exo, he was always getting hurt and never get the proper treatment he deserved. Even though I was not a fan when it was all 12 members, from what I've saw on videos he really did love his members and respected them, but I would rather see Tao happy and healthy than always being sad and injured, even if that meant him leaving the group. But if Tao and Exo are happy then so am I.

If I was Tao's parent I would sue that company for abusing its employees, they have too much work, have to train all the time, don't have enough vacations or time to rest, don't have proper medical treatment, make them compete unhealthily (even between themselves), don't give space for them to choose what type of music they WANT to sing/dance, makes them feel like they can't leave freely when you should be able to stay because you want to stay, control how they dress and behave even outside of stage, they treat their idols like machines. I mean these companies win A LOT of money training these idols, at least they should treat them like people with human and work rights! and have psychologists and therapists to provide them with help, especially considering the amount of stress and fame they're exposed to.

It's hard to be away from your family and old friends as much as he was. Getting injured can definitely isolate you as well when you have to go off and do different things from the rest of the team while they continue as normal. Many athletes are put through a lot when they are injured both mentally and physically so I can understand how he felt.

I'm not sure they were all genuinely good friends. Idol groups tend to be put together by management, not by the idols' own choice. Ever hear the phrase, "You can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends?" These guys didn't even get to choose their friends. They were put together as a group and had to get to know each other, live together, eat together, do activities and shows together. They didn't choose each other. They may have gotten to know each other and some of them may genuinely be friends, but I doubt they are all as good friends as they try to show on stage or on screen and it's possible they only show that they're good friends because they have an image to uphold for fans.

But in asian culture, they tend to be more close knit. Im generalising of course, but in psychology they have said that in the east (Japan, Korea etc) they have more attachments. Also looking at other groups, I do think that these guys love each other dearly. A lot of k pop groups dont stage their feelings. Especially the ones I know.

I think the lyrics where he talked about his loneliness had nothing to do with EXO..A person can be lonely in a room full of people who love him/her/them..Maybe he found it hard to have a conversation with them due to the language barrier, even tho he knew basic korean..It could be anything.. Maybe it was hard for him to move on so he deleted/archived the pictures? I believe in him.. EXO members were his family and I believe that he still has a big spot for them in his heart 🤍🥺

+kim xiuchen From what i know, after kris left tao felt angry and posted on his ig and weibo accs that he felt betrayed and stuff by kris, he said he only did that because he was sad and kris was like a brother to him but didn't tell him he was going to leave. The members told him not to post that stuff but his manager said it was okay so he posted it and got lots of hate.
