Psychic Ogre is from Saga Emerald Beyond.
(Formation used is Rearguard Focus)
Boss will cast Downward Dissolve (End of turn Max BP reduction) which helps our party to cast all the most powerful moves.
1) On/After Turn 4, Boss will gain Heat Up & Defense Up
2) On/After Turn 10, Boss will gain Heat Up & Defense Up
So do not drag the battle as the damage and defense the Boss gains will become unmanageable.
Also, when the Boss casts Life Dissolve on 1 party member, it continue casting that for 4 more times.
Lastly, if Boss paralyses Kihachi in the beginning, then reset.
Gear for mostly for Blunt & Heat damage mitigation.

@@dony176 Can possibly try Diva, Dolores or Musashi. Otherwise if next week banners are RS3, then Julian will make quick work of this boss.
