When he sings "All is well in my soul." I believe him. His songs are so simple but bring out so much emotion.
It is actually a church in utrecht, the netherlands. He sang there just before the concert at Tivoli. Amazing voice in amazing setting with perfect acoustic. Nothing better then that!
I was laughing out loud when I saw your initial reaction because it hit me the exact same way. While I like the official video, I like this even more. Perfect acoustics, an incredible songwriter and a voice that reaches into your soul. I've had this on a loop since it was posted last night. I'm going to need an intervention soon. This has jumped to one of my favorite performances of all time. Interesting that the PTX performance of Silent Night was also in a church and it is also one of my favorites. Avi’s voice is just suited to those acoustics.

I had the honor of being able to see Avi in concert in Philadelphia this past Tuesday night. He sang that and loads of his other songs just that good! Or, great, I should say! The acoustics in the church setting were amazing though, for sure. I saw Avi tweet about this and there a few more details about where this was, but I don't recall off hand. Avi is the Best! We really need to get his following up for him! :-) Thank you for sharing and reacting to Avi! Oh, and the entire album is Amazing!

I saw him in Nashville on Saturday! It was pure joy.
That was an awesome version of his song. Not sure what I loved most about it, but I think him speaking the second 'well' in the chorus impacted me the most.

Your blown away reaction says it all. This is indeed why we love Avi. Yes the song is fabulous, yes the lyric is great and oh, most definitely the voice is sublime but there’s some other magic added to the mix as well. I can’t put a name to it but it’s there and we feel it and it’s so uplifting and breath taking!

The more stripped down Avi's arrangements, the more I love them. He's Dylan and Lightfoot and Cohen rolled into one, with a little Cash for spice.... who needs anything more? Great reaction! Will check out your Avi playlist for sure.

I feel your reaction so much! This version reaches so far beyond beautiful that I don't have words for it anymore... Avi + church + All Is Well = stunning, jaw-dropping perfection to me. He could do a tour only in churches, would suit his voice amazingly, and I'd be there rooted to the spot in fascination. The fact that I adore sacred architecture would be an added bonus.
I forgot to mention the goosebumps on my goosebumps.
This was incredible! I love this version! I think it’s even better than the official version, great as that was. This deserves to be played on repeat.
I was lucky enough to see him live in Manchester in March & he was flawless, it was like a spiritual experience .. something just radiates from him I can’t quite explain it but it was amazing & something I will never forget 💚

This sounds so wonderful in such a beautiful church in Utrecht in combination with Avi's unique voice. I am Dutch and proud that this is in the Netherlands. It's such a weird idea that he was only 70 kilometers from me and I couldn't go to his performance. Yes Avi is my number 1 solo singer

Wow, this is gorgeous ! I didn't think I could love this song more , yet in this setting it takes hold of your heart and soul, and doesn't let go. The acoustics combined with Avi's beautiful deeper voice is pure magic. It's simply breathtaking 💚

I love how at the end, he doesn't sing 'All is Well, he actually says, 'All is Well. Almost as if Avi is saying...yes I am finally where I want to be, where I've always wanted to be, and by the Grace of God, where my Heart as well as my Soul, needed to be.
