AMAZING job!!! Let me know your pelvic floor & core questions below?
hello. I'm a bit late to the party but BOY am I glad I found you Melissa. I'm 11 weeks out from my total hysterectomy and getting back to my beloved yoga practice, albeit tentatively and more cautious than i would like. going back into your archives to practice. Would love a series of perhaps 2 weeks of all post abdominal surgery safe routines to build strength and confidence.
Thank you for filling the large gap in the women's health fitness genre.
Way to go! So glad you are enjoying the videos! Love you suggestion I will definitely add that into our filming list! Stay tuned! Keep up the good work, keep checking in with your breathing (so key in the beginning, what you are feeling when moving, and listening to your body)💗
Super core focused pelvic floor class. Still finding my left side is more flexible than my right. I'm working on it! Just what I needed this evening. Thank you Melissa. 😊
