Jan 14 2023. i was really young when i first watched this movie and it stayed in my heart ever since..i been looking for it but i couldnt remember the exact name..until now, and i am now a single mother of a healthy boy, and i am 40 years old and so happy to finsamd it and watch it again. i love nature / spirit movies..beautiful movie.

People, just because you drop the clip from the gun doesn't make it empty.
Infact, the man discharged the gun just before the boy had the gun and droped the clip.
This means the gun in real life chambered another round and the boy would be DEAD!

I love the children film
All animals are fat more intelligent @ have such compassion @ empathy where you'd least expect to f find it. I dream of a world where love,kindness,respect and genuine care is given freely to all forms of life. Our wildlife is so magickal, so majestic and beautiful, we truly don't deserve to share the same planet with them. One thing is for certain, if the earth was only populated by animals, it wouldn't be dying from pollution, trash, and the pure filth humans carelessly scatter everywhere they go.... The water would still be pure, the air clean, the earth not contaminated, the beauty of nature would be simply amazing.... i can only imagine....

I wish Carrie and John would’ve lashed out at Casey half way through the film saying it was all his fault they were out there. If he hadn’t thrown spit balls at the assembly they wouldn’t have gone to the principal’s office, they all would’ve just gone home on the bus and none of that would’ve happened.

What a terrible movie...
FYI: It's not a "clip", it's a magazine, and no, they're not the same thing. Look it up.
And the kid did not even remove the magazine, they showed him removing something from the front of the barrel, which looked to be the recoil spring and plug.
And yes, a 1911 pistol can fire, because it does not have a magazine disconnect feature, and the kid never checked to see if there was one in the chamber, as well as he could have had more magazines and bullets.

When he dropped the magazine, not the "clip", he had been shooting previously, so there should have still been a round in the chamber. And this was just one of many inaccuracies surrounding this firearm.
Prison escapes are yet another reason why murderers, rapists, and child molesters, should receive capital punishment, not just because that is the just punishment, but they may escape to harm innocent people.
