Beautiful movie. So much hurt, lose and confusion but they were a strong enough family to heal from it. You also can't force someone with healing gifts to heal on command. It comes from the heart and soul and your connection with God. After healing himself his gifts may come back.Lets hope they do.

Self-righteousness is seeing ourselves as better than others. If you knew my failures as a Christian you would not think I was a Christian. And so, we remove the veils that hide who we really are. I am a sinner who boasts in my failures and weaknesses that the grace of God rests on me. That is True repentance, to see others as better than ourselves, not their weaknesses and faults.

Cottons mom lost her faith..but cotton grew in his..family and everyday miracles❤ I try to find God's hand in everything. Great movie. No one can heal anyone else on this earth. They can have the gift of healing from God and “ in the name of Jesus” people can get healed. But no man can heal anyone.

I imagine the crowds 2100 years ago, acting like that crowd rushing Jesus and the disciples wanting to be healed.. I wonder if they ever felt overwhelmed or even as if they were being used for the healing power and not for the humans they were.. the Lord's prayer begins with Thy will be done, and ends with, "to Thine be the kingdom, the power and the glory.. I don't pray for things that belong to God.. Kingdom, (riches money things) Power (His will) or Glory (Praise, acceptance, acknowledgement). Those belong to God.. My prayer, goes like this, "Heavenly Father, I ask that your will be done, You know mine and my family needs.. I would be grateful if You would fulfill our needs. Your will be done Lord... Amen". this is the prayer that brings answers..
